so what is considered a indie character/company?i considered something indie if the game is the first game of its series funded on fund raising sites or a brand new game company or never heard before companies
HeyMouseSayCheese repliedThe modern definition is basically a game that a AAA studio didn't make. So things like Life Is Strange count as indie even though Square Enix is publishing it.

To be honest, I don't really care if a video game is cartoony or not. When I pick up a game and play it I expect it to have interesting story and gameplay and I know some games don't have a story at all. For those kinds of games, I judge the game by its gameplay of course.
WakingDawn96 repliedWell actually, I like kind of a mixture between cartoon and real. Like Smash Bros Wii U had exactly what I am looking for, it isn't like Brawl, and actually adds a cartoon feel to the game while also having a real feel to it at times.
