i should just make a thread trying to explain German grammar with all the conjugation, personal pronouns, nominative, accusative, object pronouns and all the nonsense which makes it so difficult.

Actually, the original cast was Lyric, Jayden, Luke, Jack, Catalin, and Ashlynn, who are loose interpretations of Hope, Jayden, Saxon, and Mackenzie. But the whole thing between Jack and Catalin being like secretly helping Lyric and Jayden while working for the bad guy was just too confusing to everyone except me. And there were a bunch more differences, but that's mainly it.

Koko repliedthe reason i don't like them is they don't help racism at all when they think they do by saying theyre 'colorblind'. a lot of people think that to stop racism you stop talking about it but that's not the case. it's the point that it's wrong for them to think that way but it is sort of uneducated to assume problems will just go away by pretending they dont exist. its like if someone has severe depression, it just doesnt go away by not talking about it.

Koko repliedyeah but see the thing is even if it's their opinions, it doesn't mean it's right for them to have that opinion. a lot of times people are homophobic/racist/sexist/etc because that is the way they were raised and that is what they have been taught and it leave them sort of ignorant you know? i just cant respect an opinion where someone treats others hatefully for something that is none of their business, especially if the opinion is an uneducated one.
TheApprenticeofKingMickey repliedI grew up being taught that no matter the sexuality, race, disability, ect. everyone is equal and should be treated as such. So when I encounter homophobes and the like, I wonder, "Why is that so bad?"
Think Pink repliedI don't like that people who hold those opinions are so dense, and I think they're quite wrong, but there's not much anyone else can do about it, mostly because the person is just thinking things and until something harmful is done, you can't take legal action. They probably wouldn't listen to reason regardless. "Technically" they're allowed to hold whatever opinion they please--it's when they act on it that some sort of action can be taken against them.

To be honest, if someone doesn't agree with homosexuality for whatever reason (usually religious) but they respect me and they dont lash out against lgbt community, then i don't mind. as long as they arent hurting my cause, disrespecting me and etc, i think it's okay. it definitely doesn't make them homophobic since i believe homophobes are people who hatefully act against the lgbt community. when it comes to racism/sexism i'm a little more...
Think Pink repliedIt bugs me when people are so closeminded. It's alright to have opinions because no one can stop them, but being a jerk about someone's sexual orientation or something is just low on every level. I understand they may have been taught that growing up, but can't they at least respect a person whether they agree or not? Normally if you disagree with something, you voice your thoughts and leave it at that, not harass people. Going on a bit of rant, sorry guys.
