Cellar Door repliedare you diagnosed? it's kind of frustrating when people start claiming depression when they aren't diagnosed or taking medication. i'm not saying this to try and snip at you or insult you, but as someone that suffers from severe anxiety disorder and depression i can tell you that what you're saying is not how depression works; it may just be something is troubling you enough that you are feeling down/numb/etc. i would see a school counselor or someone you trust and talk about...
Animeluver99 repliedNo I was not diagnosed. I didn't know you HAD to be diagnosed to feel depression. Because what I feel makes me think I am depressed. Even when I don't feel it, I know its still there. Maybe it is just numbness or being just plain sad. But considering how I am, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

Cellar Door repliedas i stated before, if you seriously think you have depression you need to see a doctor so you can get the proper medication. if you are capable of going throughout your day without medication, you probably are just feeling incredibly low in spirits and such, and even then you should still see someone you trust and talk to them about how youre feeling. there are people who are willing to help you if you look.
Cellar Door repliedwell, you can have depressed thoughts i.e. sadness, low spirits, emptiness, without having depression, and that's probably where the confusion came in, so no big deal.
Animeluver99 repliedThere are some people I trust, but don't want them to know about my possible depression. There are people I want to tell, just don't know if I can trust them. But I think I can do without medication, since I've been sad for an entire day before and felt perfectly fine.
