KH2 > KH3D >>>>>

Toss up between KH II and KH3D. I loved how KH3D's kinda summed up the series up until that point, but I've also always been really partial to KH II's as well. 

DDD has the best intro

Birth by sleep for me. I love the beginning when it shows terra vs aqua. Also the part where terra is walking away from aqua is just amazing. But DDD is a close second

DDD, because damn, the emotions... the whole series summed up as one epic scene, and the music.. 

Perfect. 

KH2 had the best direction imo. DDD was great but was largely made up of remade scenes. Also I think having the vocals in the KH2 opening help.

I love KH3D the most because of the final scene where just about everyone gathers together. It was cool. 

Kingdom Hearts for me. It introduced me to an amazing world.

 

KHII after that. And BBS is my least favorite because it uses the secret ending of II a little bit too much.

 

I can't wait to see DDD's in full HD and definitelly can't wait to see 0.2's.

DDD, especially with the Sorcerer Mickey animation playing on the 3DS' bottom screen. 

You guys think they're gonna update the CGI opening for the Dream Drop Distance when 2.8 comes out?

2 had the best accompaniment to the music, and felt more thematic. DDD was a little too chaotic, and BBS's was a little too short!

I personally love the KH 3D opening. It sends shivers down my spine every time, and the graphics are phenomenal!

I have to say that the opening for KH3D is by far the best in the series!  The beautiful Hikari instrumental composition playing in the background, Mickey composing the score, the cinematics flashing on to us bit by bit...all the summarizing and the epic finale, where all the lights gather to fight against Xehanort!  Yeah...KH3D has such a bae opening! :')

I love both KH2 and DDD's openings the most!

KH1 Kairi > KH2 Kairi so... KH1

In my opinion Dream Drop Distance had the best opening because not only it sums up almost the entire series but it also gave us a little glimpse of what Kingdom Hearts 3 is going to be like. Plus I love the part when Master Xehanort appears in front of Sora and Riku then Mickey comes out of nowhere to aid them then all three of them later confront Master Xehanort after Mickey summons Terra, Ventus, Aqua, Roxas, Donald, and Goofy for the ultimate and final fight against Master Xehanort.

KH3D. Though KH2 comes very close.

All of them, but DDD does a really good job of abridging the entire series for the most part. I really hope KH3 gets a good lengthed song to cover as much as it can in it's opening, lol.

The only disapointment that I have for 3D's FMV opening is not including Passion/Sanctuary as the background music for it rather we get the instrumental version of Hikari. It would've make a good difference if they made two versions of the opening for the game. One sort of like a Menu Trailer like the maintitles and the real opening itself.

I really like both KH2's and KH3D's. I went with 3D for hyping me up for KH3, and that Mickey Mouse on the bottom screen was a really nice touch.

I liked 3D opening because it shows the whole story in a small amount of time. (It also looked cool)

KHII Had to be the best!!!

I love all the openings, but I think 3D is the best by far ^_^.

I chose DDD, but II comes at a really close second.  But all the CGI openings are awesome
