I was using every voice of every character in my head an i decided xehanort. Imagine if someone buys kh3 and he is being told about this uberbad guy the whole time only to discover that he can only say his own name like a pokemon

I would be fine with Xigbar saying nothing but "As if!" in response to everything. He wouldn't make any more or less sense than he does now.

I say Ventus. Being in a coma for like 12 years is bound to mess with a guy's head, and I wouldn't be shocked if he had some major brain damage.

I mean, might as well be Ven, half of what he says is already "I'm Ventus call me Ven" anyway.

I am going to watch all the cutscenes from BBS at some point with this in mind to see if the story still works

I'm just imagining Xehanort and every Xehanort clone arguing over who is the real Xehanort like "I am Xehanort!" "I am Xehanort!" Everyone is Xehanort.

 

Doesn't Donald already do that?

I'd say Ansem since all he talks about is DARKNESS and Heart light heart dark.

Actually, Kingdom Hearts would be a very entertaining series if everybody's lines stayed the same, but all of Donald's lines were replaced with "Quack" and Goofy's lines were replaced with "Woof". Sora's discussions with them would look much more strange.
