Xabadu, you're just a Nobody! You have no heart!

It obviously it isn't Axel or Roxas. There like the most popular characters out there. I'm going to have to go with Saix because despite how mean he was, I actually feel bad for him.

I would say Demyx and Zexion are kind of tied.  One is glossed over and the other is just treated as some sort of loser.

Vexen. I don't really understand the hate this guy gets. People think he's a creep, but he's not much worse an asshole than the rest of the Organization. He's smart and has common sense, and he strikes me as a kind of guy who would be respectable on his own merits if he didn't demand it from everyone (then again, considering his coworkers...).

Perhaps Lexaeus.

For many, he is an invisible character, although he really inspired with his strength ,and the moment where he hit Roxas until now one of my favorite moments of the Days.))

Xion and Larxene are the underrated members in Organization 13.

I wonder why no one voted for Zexion.
Roxas, Axel, and Xion aside, he was one of the nicer members of Organization XIII.
He was even open to answering any questions Roxas had about Nobodies and their objectives.

 

His helpful nature, nice to everyone (even Roxas),
That is what makes him underrated in my book.

 

 

I honestly think Lexaeus is the most underrated character. Simply because, one, he is kind of an invisible character. Two, he seems to be tough but has this softer nature to him. I kinda wished they explored his character a bit more. He seems to be somewhat close to Zexion out of all the organization members. I am also taking this from the manga as he truly shows kindness to Roxas. He may be an invisible character in the series, I feel it is somewhat on purpose....that and maybe Tetsuya Nomura kinds sorta didn't care I guess LOL Due to his softer and outside tough nature, I see why he is a silent hero.

Definitely vexen the guy gets like no respect. Even half of the organization members don’t like him lol

For me it's definitely a toss up between Demyx and Luxord. We hardly know anything about those two, and the fact we haven't seen Demyx in any KH3 trailers really has me intrigued, but I hope he'll be in the final game.

I had a three way tie going between Lexaeus, Demyx and Luxord. Of the three of them, I think Luxord has had the least amount of screen time and I feel like there's a lot more to him than meets the eye. Lexaeus is certainly more interesting and we do see more of him, and I'm hoping we'll learn more about Aeleus in KH3. In the end though, I had to give it to Demyx. The poor guy is just treated like a joke for the majority of the series. I mean, he is funny and loveable, but the series never really evolved him past that point. The boss fight with him in Radiant Garden made it clear that he's actually a formidable opponent, but then once you defeat him you never get to see more of that. 

 

What's really worrying me in regards to Demyx is that we haven't seen anything regarding his return in any of the games following KH2, nor in any of the trailers for KH3. I'm reeeeeeally hoping he'll be in the trailer released at Tokyo game show, like in the Big Hero 6 world or something. I'm also hoping he won't be evil/a Xehanort vessel, because I always felt like he wasn't really evil and that he was just going along with the Organization because he wanted a heart. Or maybe because he was scared of them. 

I picked Luxord. He’s my favourite so I hope we find out more about him in KH3, particularly his original name. I wish his power over time was utilised more too.
