I was just thinking maybe they give us the cheat options cause we will be able to do more things with the other chars/are afraid with all these battles being more challenging since you are limited on the chars stats/movesets that it gives you the option as casual to overcome them or just have more fun messing around while playing them

I know some ppl which skill level is casual or below, so i heard stuff like "i have to level to 99 before doing the KGY Battles" while playing on normal, or being stuck at the battles where you dont play Sora
