I can’t help but wonder how today’s internet would treat tragedies of the past. Imagine memes about Nagasaki and Hiroshima hitting Reddit like 15 minutes after they happen.

And mods immediately removing them as fast as they're posted because "no joking about recent tragedies" is a common rule in most servers

Or even older, more modern tragedies
