I like to imagine Nomura wanted Roxas to have his own look. But didn’t want him to look different from Sora without a reason. So maybe during the change he began concepts of BBS.

There are actually slight variances in their facial structures like how wide their lips are and the shape of their eyes.

Y'know, I read these secret reports and I just don't really stop to think about what they are actually saying

Secret Report 12: "Roxas' is Sora's nobody, but was left behind because Sora's Heartless regained human form using Kairi's heart instead of his own."

So, the heartless had Sora's heart, but Kairi made him regain his human form with her heart, but Sora kept his own heart

Yeah, that was something that always puzzled me, how did Sora get a body when Roxas was using his and Naminé was using... another one?

Are we to assume the universe glitched and gave them bodies outta thin air?

Another interesting point about the body thing is that Naminé couldn't have been created from Sora's body because then what would Roxas have been left with?

To be fair in namines case, only way a nobody is made is by becoming a heartless. Kairi can't become one at all because she is a princess of light. But a loop hole was made with it because kairis heart was inside sales when it happened
