Is a keyblade wielder only able to bequeath the power of the key blade to a single person or is there some kind of limit since MOM had 6 students under him?

I think they can to as many as they want tbh; i think BBS implies that Aqua was gonna do so for Sora after she (accidentally) did so for Kairi, but decided not to when she realized Riku already was gonna get one.

I'm sure some semblance of power scaling dynamics plays a part into how many you can but thats just a guess on my part.

How many do you think the player from KHUX could have done if he got the chance to?

^Nothing across any of the entries in the series has implied there is a limit to how many people a keyblade wielder can bequeath so theoretically the answer is infinite.

There are some commands specific only to command boards and iirc you can only get them if you play them outside of the arena
