I defeated Data Lexaeus and Zexion. Only Xemnas and Axel are left. I also managed to take out 5 bars of health from Lingering Will before he killed me :D

I dont recall the official announcement saying that it was coming to PC

Now if only ff13 could be ported to the ps4

Most but not all unfortunately

And I think Kingdom Hearts won’t be one of them pain

Ok I need to ask, Is nomura a star wars fan?

Cuz Im rewatching star wars and there are a lot of elements in here that remind me of kingdom hearts and vice versa lol

Talking about BBS, right?

Definitely feels like he referenced it

And the "may your heart be your guiding key" is basically just "may the force be with you"

how about how Terra gave into his anger and went to the dark side

and xenanort and eraqus being besties

like vader and obi wan

honestly the only star warsy kh gotten was bbs and kh2

those two were the only games to do that

Birth by Sleep takes a lot of cues from Revenge of the Sith. Both are prequels that ultimately explain why there's no more mystic sword wielders, due to a master manipulator tricking someone into giving into the darkness/dark side by alienating them from their friends and mentor. They set up the next generation as already seen in previous entries, and have people talking about the balance between the light and dark sides (Anakin being destined to bring balance to the Force and Xehanort's motivation being restoring what he perceives as a skewed ratio of light to dark), not to mention someone going into exile after a climactic battle. Mark Hamill is present as well, which pull in parallels to the Star Wars sequel trilogy and his character in that.

For a second I thought it said mansex

@Jett yep, he said it in an interview somewhere but he is a fan

Im honestly not surprised. I'm rewatching star wars for Rise of Skywalker and I'm seeing a lot of things that were clearly inspired by star wars lol.

Like I'm totally getting Xehanort vibes from Palpatine, especially in the prequel trilogy, and the whole yellow eyes, light side vs dark side

And even some parts of Destati sound like duel of the fates lol

I might like Star Wars if what you say is true hadesthink

That is Xehanort's role in Birth by Sleep, that of the corrupter. He alienates Terra from Eraqus, as well as manipulating Terra's insecurities about not being seen as highly as he thinks he deserves to distance him from Ventus and Aqua. Palpatine used Anakin's frustrations and fears (his secret relationship with Padme) to slowly convert him to the dark side of the force way of thinking, promising him power and recognition beyond what he already had. Like Anakin, Terra found himself trapped in a body that he could no longer call his own, a suit of immense power and full of rage. It all ends in a person close to them seemingly gone forever and a master in exile.
