Bad guy: Xion....even though she's from 358/2 days.....sorry hehe

Good: Umm... Riku counts as a good guy, right? Since he's basically good in the end... Plus, he has gorgeous eyes.

 

Bad: Probably Axel... He's just amazing. In so many ways.
