Its more like its akin to an afterlife given they no longer physically exist in Reality but are still alive since they got there by different means while there's no concrete indication Ephy and Skuld are still physically alive rn and we already were those who proper die go - the FW (which you can apparently leave if you wish but your still stuck as a Heart if you go back to the physical plane.

And we dunno if that even is Strelitzia or just a replica of her with or without her Heart or memories.

I mean thats more like the FW. Quadratum is world on the living plane it looks like. And Sora could live and die there naturally if he never got home or he could die anywhere else on that side and end up back in the FW or move on altogether to the actual afterlife if there is one.
