I don't have a job, but I'm going to need one this summer (even if I don't want one.) I'm saving up for a school trip to Japan!

I'm only 13, almost 14. I just want to look for a job when I'm 16. Gonna try a Public Contest when I'm 17 though. My grandmother passed in one and she worked on it for her entire life. Today she has a nice life and thanks to that she can sustain me.

I've been out of work almost a full two years but it hasn't been all bad since I've been able to be a full time student. I have an AAS in Business Information Systems and an AS in Management Information Systems. I'm trying to break into real IT Development but a lack of actual experience in the field is kicking my bum.

I blame Child Labor Laws.

I work mostly in the summer and on any days I don't have school, excluding Saturday and Sunday (because the place I work at isn't open on weekends). But yeah, I work from time to time. o3o

Nope. But if I could, trust me, I would. I would love to help pay for stuff but y'know... I can't get one yet. >_>

I don't have a proper one, and it's hard to find a job where I live, as there is no public transport into the main town area. The only thing I have is a three-hour-a-week job grdening at someones house, where I get paid $36 a week.

Well, it is risky to have a job nowdays here, especially in small businesses.

I don't really consider it a job, but I watch my nephew while my sister is working full-time. She pays me for it and my dad also gives me some extra cash... I think I'm starting to develop cabin fever from it
