It doesn't matter whether you've actually played any or not, if you've seen the storyline, that counts too. If you haven't, just pick the last option.

FFX hands down. And FFXIII has a great battle system and a good storyline.

FFXII was okay, but it had it's flaws. And Crisis Core is epic.

tutti frutti. I got into Final Fantasy rather late, and have played through a handful of them since KH1. So far my top two favorites are FFXII and FFVII. For 7, I liked how everything came together for the entire game, too bad we won't see a remake of the game for PS3. FFXII, I like the idea of not being limited on what your characters can do, and defeating enemies differently kept me into the game.(Though I'm still trying to take down Yiazmat) For Crisis Core, I like the story, but not the gameplay too much. I am anxiously looking forward to FFVersusXIII, as I'm sure a number of others are as well.

I voted for 7 and 8, but my love for those games is closely related to the fact that I have fond memories of playing them as a child. I never beat them, but I always liked playing them when I got to go over my brother's house. I think my favorite Final Fantasy today has to be XIII, though. It has an amazing story, and the graphics aren't bad either

 

Of course Crisis Core would have to be on the list, too, because that one really touched me. I liked being able to see Sephiroth before he went psycho. Definately one of the more tragic Final Fantasy games out there.

I'm dying to play 7 and crisis core, but I've seen all of crisis core's cutscenes and watched advent children and loved them. Plus I love Zack Fair

 

I played through 10 twice, and I really love it. I'd have to say its probably my 3rd favourite game ever.

 

And I'm currently watching all the cutscenes in 13, and loving the story. I can't wait to actually play it when I get a PS3.

 

So my order is:

1. X (loved the story and gameplay)

2. VII (loved AC, the story of CC and the few minutes I played of CC)

3. XIII (love the cutscenes I've seen, however I don't know much about the gameplay).

My favorite is IV

and i haven't seen Advent Children in a Long time, but it was awesome

I love XIII & X. X-2 was pretty good, so was XII. VII is pretty good too.

Oh, and Advent Children is alright. c:

 

But my absolute fave has to be 13. I don't know why everyone hates it, lol.

I like all of them, but My Favorite are:

 

FFIX (best main character)

 

FFVI (best story)

X's my favorite because it almost made me cry, and I just loved the journey and emotional attatchment. As for Advent Children, I only watch it to watch the battle scenes nowadays.

Final Fantasy VI. I love the main lead she's so stunning and it has a nice story and music. Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy IX come next.

FFVII Is definitely my favorite because of the great storyline. & yes I loved Advent Children.

,13 is the bomb I love the summoning ,cuotes,very welldone square enix you deserve a pat on the back [give me versus 13 already or ill make every ff character dance gangnam style

My favorites are IV, VI, VII, IX, X, XII, and Crisis Core. Advent Children was amazing. I didn't watch it in the best quality, but it was still amazing.

I was going to throw some hate towards FFXIII, but I figured I should keep the trolling to a minimum.

Final Fantasy X is superb. Despite having a number of very powerful boss'.

Powerful bosses? I beat X in one day. It did have a good storyline but Durge of Cerberus is my favorite

IV had the best plot, VI had the best antagonist, VII was the best overall, and IX had the best nostalgia factor.

It's very hard for me to narrow down my favorite Final Fantasy to one single title, since I loved numerous ones.  I'd have to say Final Fantasies VI and VII are pretty closely tied for me, but Crisis Core was my ultimate favorite game.  Loved the gameplay, storyline, characters...  I can't find much negative to say about it; save for the music.

FFXII, I was always atracted to its system, that's faster and the closest to KH, so I always liked it more. I also like the story a lot.

X was probably my favorite. I just loved Yuna as a character and the game overall. (:

IV. Kain still hasn't been matched by anyone in terms of badass for, not even, GASP, Cloud. And the story...I still cry at Tellah's death...every time. And the love story was so cheesy...but SO great. I just...now I have to play it again.

IV is definitely my favorite! I started the series a few years ago with FFI, but was never really a big fan until FFIV. Everything about it was perfect. The story, the characters, the gameplay, the music... It was an excellent game! Currently playing through The After Years, just need to figure out where my PSP charger went...

VII is definitely my favorite story.

Looks like FF VII, FF X and FF XIII are winning in the polls. No surprises there.  ^_^
