As for my unpopular opinion:

 

I believe that women should be allowed to wear whatever they want, hell the should be able to shirtless if guys can too, and not be called sluts. They should be able to sleep with who they want, WHEN they want. They aren't hurting you or anyone else so why make them feel bad and call them sluts.

It's not your life and it isn't your business. No need to make someone feel horrid.

I don't really like Pokemon. It was my favorite thing when I was younger but now I don't care for it at all.

The word bully is really overused.  people  throw around the word like its nothing and when anyone gives them a criticism they call them a bully. It pisses me off because these people don't know what it's actually like to be truly made fun of or to be bullied because they've always been the center of attention and have never been bullied. My sister is a good example. She has never been bullied due to being the most popular in her grade, yet always says shit like "I wish i would stop being bullied someone told me i put on too much makeup" YOU DO WEAR TOO MUCH MAKEUP. YOURE TEN YEARS OLD FOR CHRISTS SAKES. these people dont know what its like to be shoved in corners,called names,and be made fun of for no other reason than being yourself

Generally, I hate the word "bully" itself. I have thought of a different term for the occurrence; one that would probably be taken more seriously if it became widely-used.

I think that there should be a new take on the story of the Pokémon games. There should be a game in the series that has slightly more mature content, with several actual deaths (but not gore) involved, and a slightly more mature language content (but not so that it seems overdone). I also think that the evil team that is involved should be far more threatening and destructive, and should be negatively effecting the region and its residents from before the beginning of the game, and it should be more difficult to catch Pokémon that will eventually evolve into useful team members.

I would have written this in a new thread in the Pokémon sub-forum, but I know that nobody will like the idea.

The one in my signature is interesting enough (even if he is not a real vampire).

Varnish is the only reason I still look at this thread.

People claiming [X popular thing] is abysmal and/or the worst thing ever, just makes me want to watch it and enjoy just it to spite the people spouting off stupid hyperboles.

People need to stop complaining about the quality of Shadow the Hedgehog (video game) and Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). They cannot change the fact that both of them exist, but they can accept the fact that the days of those games are in the past, yet they do not want to.

I also do not think that either game is bad in terms of story or appearance.

Charmed is an incredible show. So good !!

I think Sonic as a whole is the most overrated thing ever. The original games were fun, yeah, but that's pretty much it. They never fully made good on their promises of speed. So I can see liking the original games, but at the heart of things, Sonic was only created so Sega could have a mascot to rival Mario. That was the genesis of the idea (hahahahah you see what I did there). They just happened to make an alright game based around that idea. And then you have all the games that came after it...

 

I'm sorry, but when the only games in your series that everybody can agree were alright were the original games, you've got a problem. It seems that pretty much every other Sonic game to be released since the Genesis of the idea is hated by it's own fanbase. I just don't understand how a series where only three or so of it's games are games everyone can agree are okay is a series with such an immense fanbase.

 

So in closing, the original games were alright, they were only created to rival Mario, they were overrated. Pretty much every game since has been panned on. And yet it still has a fanbase... and this baffles my mind.

I hate Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland.  Neither party relinquished enough control and it ended up not feeling like a Tim Burton Movie (too light, family friendly, not dark enough) and not feeling like a Disney movie (too dark).  It ended up in an awkward state of in-between that made it utterly unenjoyable to me.  I think American McGee's Alice is what Tim Burton's Alice should have been like, or even Syfy's Alice Mini-series feels more twisted than this unexcitable, uninteresting and boring Disney/Tim Burton conglomerate that ultimately feels like the unfortunate still birth of the two popular film makers/producers.

Depending on the individuals preferences and likes thousands of well liked games could be considered terrible by different people, it's all a matter of perspective.  Like I find COD/Halo terrible games, they just do nothing for me and don't interest me, and similarly I know people who love the series and find the likes of Kingdom Hearts boring.  So the sentence can be applied to all games and hold true depending on the person who's saying it's beliefs.  In the same way "<any game> is the greatest" can be said and true depending on the perspective if it's true to that person.

A lot of people say this about things they've never experienced but feel/assume it's just not their thing.  We can rest in the fact though that there are usually plenty of fans out there who do like it (like me, I've rewatched the entire seasons (again) on netflix and am on the second last one now)

I stopped caring abou ps4 once I played th gamestop demo. The load times were terrible. I might just go with xbone since I haven't heard about any malfunctions with that. I'll just stick with my wii u for the time being

They'd better have the loading times fixed by the time KHIII comes out since that's when I'm getting a PS4... But yeah, Wii U's where it's at for me, and it'll definitely be my favorite this generation.

Nowadays, all video games that are based on films, television series and animated series are terrible.
