Hey, here's the procedure for changing your username: If you want it changed, post here and tell us what you want your new username to be. Then, a week later, post here again saying you're still sure that you want it changed. This is to ensure that you don't change your mind... because we'd rather you pick a name and stick with it, rather than changing it often. Thanks. Remember, in order to get your name changed, you must post here once-- and then, at least 7 days later, post here again quoting your first post to confirm. Choose wisely because you may only change your name once!

KH13 does not usually delete accounts for any reason. This is because:

 

1. We prefer that each post has a member and member profile attributed to it, rather than appearing to be from no one.

2. If you ever change your mind and come back, we'd like you to be able to-- rather than finding that your account is deleted.

 

So, if you really want to delete your account, then please contact me (DChiuch). However, it probably won't happen, so I'm sorry in advance.

If you're concerned about your username being on the Internet, or other personal details you have on your account, then we can change your username and remove those details for you. If you're just going to joke about your username being changed, then don't bother posting.

If a mod or admin tells you no to your username being changed, don't argue with them. Just come up with a better username. We have our reasons. There are thousands of members that have names of KH characters (mainly Sora, Roxas, Riku, Axel, Kairi, and Namine). We want to have more variety in usernames on the site, not just repeats of "Sora380423084" or "Riku2038423841245". Also, if a username is just flat out ridiculous, we'll most likely reject it.

 

 

Also, it's the job for a mod or admin to tell a member whether their username is taken or denied, not a regular member's or staff member's. If you do one of those things, it's considered junior modding. Your warning level will be raised if you junior mod. I'm posting this here because no matter how much I warn people privately, they've yet to take heed to my warnings.
