November 17, 201113 yr I'm not sure how on earth that would help him. The userbase is too small to yield many suitable...suitors. He's better off going to a dating site or researching his area for places where he could meet people. I think the latter is probably a wiser option. It's important to learn to engage people. It's a tough process to trudge through but he'd be better off in the long run for it. My ex-boyfriend usually did the former option and he hasn't had much luck, and he's still having a hard time finding a partner because he has a similar problem to your friend.(That and an extremely negative self-image.Me having one myself caused a lot of trust problems between us, but that's another story)

November 17, 201113 yr Bi-Sexual. But just so your friend knows, I'm guessing he's asking this to see how many out people there are. There's about 10% in the UK 's population that are gay. About 15% in some of the western European Countries and America. And about 20% in Asia, particularly Japan. (I'm not bringing Africa into this, because there's loads of gay bans there, so there's no point.)

November 17, 201113 yr I'm not homosexual and none of my friends are gay (that I know of anyway). I for one find it quite amazing how open people are about their sexuality here. I go to a Catholic boys only school, so you can imagine that being openly gay is not really a good thing, you will get bagged.
November 17, 201113 yr I'm lesbian, so no cookie, really. We're all pretty supportive and friendly here, though. I'm sure he'll find someone nice to talk to about similar interests eventually.
