What is you theory for the unconventional ending for KH3D? My theory is that Sora gets left behind in the land of sleep, and only Riku makes it out. I know its unlikely, but hey it doesn't get any more unconventional. Unless maybe both Riku & Sora stay behind, while Xehanort & Vanitas leave the realm of sleep using Sora & Riku's bodies.

 

Anyways Im rambling, My theory is one of our two heroes doesn't wake up. What is your theory?

I Think Something Bad Will Happen to Sora Right at the Very End of the Game and then we Might get a Flurry of Clips from the Beginning of the Series Up Until that Very Point and then after that Very Point will we Might Also get Scenes Never Seen Before that are Premonitions of the Future of what May Very Well be Kingdom Hearts III and the Most Shocking of All the Premonitions will be Saved for Last Maybe.

Riku passes Sora does not. Sora fall in darkness, dyes his hair black, and calls himself Vanitias.

Xehanort returns and stabs himself. His heart enters Sora's body and gains control of Sora. Now only Riku can save Sora.

I think they'll come back to discover the worlds had all fallen into darkness while they were gone. They'll react like "Oh... shit..."

Riku dies and Sora makes it out alive. He wants revenge so he goes on an Unknown Journey and tries to kill Xehanort. I would like too see one of the main characters die... could spark up the sorrowfulness and anger in the game, proves how much you care your friends...

Or how about something to go with "darkness becomes light, light falls into darkness?"

 

What if Sora turned to the dark side and then someone evil such as Xehanort or Vanitas became good and tried to help get Sora back to being good?

Sora and Vanitas switch sides. Nuff said. Jk, won't happen but it sure fits the "light and darkness" thing.

I think you guys misunderstood the interview. The fact that this ending will be unique has nothing to do with it being shocking or a crazy "what the heck just happened" sort of thing or not or aspect of its contents as much as how it is presented. Or am I just wrong?

Well its Nomura..doesnt he usually end his game with confusion? i kno i was pretty confused on some of the ending of a few of them...maybe you guys werent but i was.

well i think dark becomes light they where refering to bad people like organzation and light falls to the dark i think they were talking about ether the missing org members or aqua since she in the realm or darkness and dosnt have a org. Cloth and the dark might get to her but this might be wrong because terras and vens key where protecting her but who knowss rightt

i think sora and riku are going to help xhanort return or one of his plans like the seven lights there probley bad or somthing i just want the game

They delve into the Realm of Sleep, manage to waken Ven, but also in the process waken Roxas, who winds up joining Xehanort, who promises him, after opening Kingdom Hearts, a heart of his own.

I can't think of a theory since we know nothing other than the realm of sleep, which is the 1st part of the game.

Vanitas awakes inside Sora and so Sora gains some control over the darkness - tada.

I think the unconventional ending is them finding aqua and DiZ because their "birth by sleep" I think thats the real objective of this is for them to find Aqua she is waiting for her birth by sleep and they're in the realm of sleep. Maybe that young xehanort is like the opposite of Sora, Sora has Ventus heart inside of him and Xehanort has Vanitus' heart inside of him. Because if Ventus heart survived why not Vanitus?

EDIT: What if it ends with Xehanort and/or Sora having the X-Blade? Even more insane the X-Blade was split into the kingdom keys and xehanort kills or does something to mickey that be a reason for the original ending to be rejected if they killed mickey off disney would attempt to reject that happening.

This implies that they already knew Aqua's whereabouts. This makes sense since in the secret episode of BBS:FM We see Mickey in the dark realm wearing his CoM Clothes. So they probably met between KH1 & KH:CoM

he does indeed say that must've slipped my mind it would make valid sense for him to make the mark of mastery test to be to rescue Aqua. The main problem with theories for a shocking ending is that most theories you say don't seem as shocking because you expect it to be something no one will think of this is how I see it anyway.

A bad ending is what I expect for years. I'm tired of the heroes always winning and good desfeating evil. At least Sora needs to fall into darkness and kill one of his friends, then KH may have a good or bad ending as far as I am concerned.

If they took this route, I would hope the story would show us sora's decent into darnkess. If he just randomly kills them at the end, I would be very disappointed. But, if Sora has to walk the line between good & evil, often struggling with what is right or wrong, then I wouldn't mind.
