Kingdom Hearts 2 was the best in my opinion because the gameplay was fast, smooth, clean and amazing. Then we had the most amazing story, plot and character development ever in the series happen in this game. I can't see why KH2 is overrated, when really it's not about the hype, it's about the gameplay, story and character development. KH2 is the only game that has a 'perfected' combat system in the entire series. It showed how Sora matured in battle and it was much cleaner and smoother than the first game and don't even get me started on the stupid cards system in CoM(hated the card system). Then BBS and all the handheld games lost that smooth and clean gameplay. It's always clunky and really freaking slow. I hope KH3 just brings back the KH2 gameplay. That is the only way I will accept the combat system. If not, I'll still play it, but probably won't feel how I feel with KH2. Other than Story and character development(because we know that should end up better), KH3 will really need to make an appealing combat system/gameplay to win over KH2. I dun understand why the took the fast, smooth and clean KH2 combat and reverted back to slow, clunky and always messy.

^^ this. Id be so happy if KH3 is an improved version of KH2 but not like BBS.

Though I love KH2 and DDD I voted KH3, I think it would have all the best parts of the previous games and be something truly epic

Even though an opinion is an opinion, I just don't believe KH3 should be a decision as it's not even an entry in the series yet and there's nothing on it except that it's to be the next entry in the series. We don't know what the game will be like and therefore should not be allowed to vote it in. I'm not trying to say that you shouldn't vote KH3 because I didn't vote it or anything, it's just...I really can't see it as being a choice. It shouldn't be a choice because it's not in full development yet, nor is it completed and no one has played it to receive an opinion of it yet.

This is like asking which version of Xehanort is more smug. The simply answer is "yes".

 

My sense of nostalgia say Kingdom Hearts. Rationally, I'm gonna go with Birth By Sleep. Both games amazed me.

Now i must add dream drop distance.

KH2, BBS, and DDD.

I think they're all pretty good, but a personal favorite for me, is BBS. Probably because that was the first one I actually 100% owned. All by my self.

I feel like KH2 was a good game and probably is one of the best

but it's not close to being my favorite.

And DDD sorta feels like a bad fanfiction

And BBS is the best game evar

My favorites are KHII and Days. But DDD is up there.

I think any that invole xehanort(all form/ages) by meantioning,seeing or reading about is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!That and so far is KH1,DDD and KH2

im not against the hole card idea but i think its a bit anoying when you acedebtally run into a heartless.

DDD comes in second.

KH2 comes in third.

Favorite KH Games:

7. Re:Coded- I don't hate the game like most do but it's just not my favorite.

6. Re:CoM- It's a good game with interesting combat mechanics but not one of my all time favorites.

5. Days- Good story and good combat. I never paid any attention to the pacing of the story when I first played it and I still don't.

4. DDD- Its a good game but it doesn't have a lot of interesting replay value IMO. I keep going back to it just to replay the bosses.

3.KH- Combat is iffy but the story is good. It has a strong Disney focus unlike the later games. That puts it in the top 3.

2. BBS- New combat system that worked fantastically. Story was pretty good too and so was the OST.

1. KH2- I would have put KH2FM+ but I haven't played it. Anyways this is my No. I KH game. Combat is awesome and the moves feel satisfying to perform. Reaction commands make battles flashier, which I enjoyed, and the final world is one of my favorite end game worlds. The OST was also awesome.

Favorites probably are 2FM, BBS, and 3D. In no particular order

I think my personal favorite is Days, 'cause the story was awesome, and the story was so touching. And maybe because of that I like Axel, Roxas and Xion the most of the triplets, their story is just so sorrowful and beautiful. x3

Kingdom Hearts 2, BBS, and DDD are good too, but I actually like every one of the games, even coded was good in my opinion, the ending was very rewarding, telling so much what will happen next and that stuff. ^^

Kingdom Hearts 1 wast the first KH game I ever played, I didn't rlly care about it at first, and my dear brother and his ex-girlfriend enforced me to buy it, but I'm clad he did, I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't have ever bought the games if he hadn't done that.

I tie between Com and DDD. Com was very unique while DDD was extremely fun to play so it's a close tie.

I guess I love Birth by Sleep and Kh2 just from spending so much time with them.

This is hard for me to determine, because I really love them all, but I'd probably have to go with Birth by Sleep being my #1 favorite (closely followed by KH1).
