I think that, instead of sora ( or riku ) killing and slaying MX with the keyblade in the final game, sora disables MX's magic and his ability to wield the keyblade, and lock him up in a dungeon somewhere forever! if it really did end like that, i wouldnt be surprised. how do you guys think we will see the end of the xehanort saga?

Nah I think this will be an old fashion battle royale spread out through 7-13 worlds. Old fashion 1on1 or 2on2 battles with Sora finishing MX.

Him having his abilities taken away, an being locked away in some dungeon forever, sounds too much like the ending of Avatar: The Last Airbender (Ozai has his bending powers taken away and is locked away in some dungeon, presumably forever)

tutti frutti. I have had the feeling that the research that Ansem the Wise had stored inside of Sora would have a funny way of defeating MX. As far as I know, it hasn't been revealed and could be a great way to put baldy out of his misery. Locking MX away somewhere like Marluxia, or just defeating him, kind of seems somewhat expected. Another guess of mine is that since MX has multiple bodies, he may not have a stable existence in the KH universe. However MX may be defeated, I'll be looking forward to seeing how the mastermind is brought down.

Sora and Riku fuse into Soku to try and kill MX (in his Terranort form) but he ends up still being too strong, so Terranort ends up eating them but luckily when they are consumed they just defuse and they then proceed to destroy him from the inside out. This releases Terra from MX's grip but, unfortunately, this causes YMX to be trapped in the present reality, so they have to kill him as well. Terra teams up with Riku and Sora and they ultimately defeat him. Somehow a paradox is avoided . . .

 

But really, as soon as Terra is saved MX is stopped; Terranort is the being that allows previous incarnations to time travel to the present, including Braignort and Isanort, so once the Nort is removed from him everything will be all good. Riku and Sora and the other 5 lights will go into his heart, kinda like what Riku did to Sora, and they will save him in a series of battles against all 13 forms of Xehanort.

Sora kills Xehanort with the power of his heart in an all-out battle inside both of their hearts.

.....MX is going to realize the error of his ways after Sora gives him a big dramatic speech about friendship and rainbows. He then proceed to combust, his darkens turning into light and somehow saving KH. There will be an epilogue where we see Kairi and Sora's three children, who are all named Riku, Leon and little Xehanort. And littleX is going to be confused why his parents named him after such a bad person and sora is gunna explain, "He was one of the bravest people I ever met--"

...oh wait, getting into harry potter territory! LOL Yeah....no one of that is going to happen :-) I just sorta started and couldn't stop
