Disney.... I remember it with castles, fairies and magic... I remember it giving us hope to continue our dreams and life lessons. There is nothing to make you feel special or make you feel as though dreams come true or any of that Disney magic.... Instead of that we get Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers e.t.c. Never said that i dont like the new disney movies i actually think they are all preety good. But my point is that disney is losing its magic... Am i the only one that thinks that?

PS: I'm saying it again. I have NOTHING against new disney i like it. Its just i had this thought

They're a company that without Walt Disney needed to use more ways to increase their income and so they began to start light-hearted teen comedies and they were forced to follow the way that teens began to think and want and so we have our current Disney Channel. However, Disney isn't ruined. We still get great movies out of Disney. Just avoid their TV shows.

Yes, I don't like radio Disney.

It's just the Disney Channel that I don't like. Besides that I think Disney is still very magical.

This. Their different branches target different audiences.

They certainly dont make em the way they used to.

The Disney classics are still my favorite. Everyone used to watch them back then. Now I talk to my little sister, and she has no idea what any of it is, and refuses to watch with me :'(

 

I can't exactly say Disney sucks right now, because they're simply making shows based o the current generation, like the Disney Channel we knew had. I just wish they'd reair some of those old shows...

There used to be. In the UK and some parts of Europe it was called Disney Cinemagic and in other parts I think it was called Vault Disney, although I don't think that lasted very long for whatever reason. Both channels are gone now, I think it's because Disney can only afford to have three different channels going at one time.

I do like the older sitcoms better than the recent ones, but they're aren't as bad as they could have been. I hate Phineas and Ferb, and Fish Hooks is boring, but Gravity Falls has the feel of a ToonDisney. As for the movies, I can tell Tangled was trying too hard to be a Disney classic, but it didn't work, but it definitely wasn't a bad movie. I've even been hearing reviews for Brave saying how it wasn't as good as other Pixar movies. Maybe the magic is starting to go.

I LOVE Disney. Disney Channel, on the other hand, i don't like. They had the best shows when ever i was younger then they messed up when they brought out these shows now. I don't watch Disney Channel anymore because of it. Or might be the fact that im 16 and still watching Nick and Cartoonnetwork... :

But Disney itself always has a huge place in my heart when it comes to Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, Daisy, and lets not forget Uncle Scrooge and the boys.

And Pixar is just AMAZING.

Children's TV Channels these days are horrible. I'm glad I lived through my generation of cartoons.

Disney better Change soon. I'm planning on going to Disney world for my b-day.

Just like i said twice i never said that i dont like the new disney movies. I mean isnt tangled an original? It brought the magic back... But Like Radio Rebel, Geek Charming. I dont say i dont like these kind of movies i actually think they are very nice. Is just not the disney we all know with that magic... Yeah sure they just cant stick to the magic and stuff cuz our generation changes... But they at least keep some of it

Same here. he other day i told my lil sis to watch Cinderella together with me and she was like, huh Cinderella. Anyway we started watching it and the mice and birds were singing and she was like ugh boring... :'(

 

Well yeah you have a point they make movies based on our generation.... But they still have to keep some of the magic that Walt creatred
