It has nothing to do with that. It's because (I haven't actually played the game yet, and I'm trying not to spoil TOO much of it for myself, so I don't know the circumstances) a curse word is used. So by law they have to add that it has offensive language, because that could be offensive to some.

Yeah, there's a single flashback in The Grid in which someone says Hell, but BBS had that and i didn't see it anywhere???
