Do you miss fighting alongside Donald and Goofy, or do you like the Dream Eaters?

I like both.

i miss having disney characters as temporary party members.

I do miss them. They actually talk during battle, which is funny sometimes and its been a while since the've actually been used in kh gameplay.

I don't miss Donald or Goofy at all. I feel terrible for saying it, but I much prefer the Dream Eaters. They are less annoying, cuter, more useful, and (some of them) way cooler (looking at you, Dinosaur dream eaters). Each one having its own skill tree, and not having to bother equipping them with items, weapons, etc. makes them much nicer than Donald and Goofy, and they are pretty much equal in combat strength..

 

Plus, petting them and playing the minigames with them is so much fun. I don't think Donald and Goofy would like it if I started petting and poking them, and made them hit balloons back and forth.

I honestly dont like either one of them Donald and Goofy are annoying and the Dream Eaters are too cute in a bad way (if thats even possible)

No way dream eaters were way better and had better attacks too!

I liked Dream Eaters better, and then Ursa Circus pushed me off a cliff and blocked me from jumping on a crate....

Donlad is a douche bag who dies in less than a min of the battle.

Goofy is a great battle partner.

Riku is BOSS, HE HAS UNLIMITED POTIONS.....he's just... A BOSS =D

Random Disney Characters are boring in KH1, but in KH2 there awesome

Dream Eaters are good they never lose a lot of HP, but there irritating with the fact you have to pet them to make them FIGHT for REAL!!

To be honest, I'd be fine with both -- what I really want are special world party members in again. It hurt when Quasimodo said in KH3D that he'd help in that one cutscene, and then back in the game, he was gone. It HURT, dang it!

Wish it was BOTH dream eaters and donald and goofy... but that wont happen >_<

You know, Donald dies constantly and during the most imporatnt battles, but I know I'm miss his shouting... Also he saves me sometimes (really rare but happens), but I'll get along the Dream Eaters just fine...

I like both of them, but I'd rather have Donald and Goofy with me. No one firetrucks up my Trinity.

Donald and Goofy without links dream eaters would be useless

Any of them are fine with me. I have only played days, recoded, and a little bit of bbs. I don't have a ps2 and my cousin let me play bbs on her psp when she was over at my house for while, so I can't really compare donald and goofy with the dream eaters. I think the dream eaters are extremely cute, though.

Dream eaters are ok to a certain point,but the lack of convo and actual advancement use(i.e.:trinities from kh1,use donalds magic in this situation,let Goofy's secert intel make us reconsider his name,)leaves much to be desired.The whole"Your dream eater is on to something!"shoud have been put to better use.Ahhhh....I miss The Sora, Donald,and Goofy triumvante of yester-year.Plz bring them back to the party in the NEXT Kingdom Hearts installment.

Kingdom Hearts 3!!!

I love them both, but i am leaning towards dream eaters right now. I enjoy the customization you have with them, and since this is probably the only game where we will see them, I love them! Although Donald's heals were greatly missed.

The Dream Eaters seem to be more useful than Donald and Goofy, but D&G are the ones we've always known and been with, so...

As much as I love customizing Dream Eaters and what not, they simple aren't as helpful or engaging as Donald and Goofy, combat-wise.

Additionally, Donald and Goofy at least had roles to play in the storyline. Minor roles... but still roles. Dream Eaters don't really appear in any of the cutscenes, which almost makes it feel like they were just thrown in the mix at the last minute simply to replace Donald and Goofy
