September 9, 201213 yr No. This is horribly incorrect!!!!!!! Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is the new game they've just announced and THAT game is only 30% complete. It is Lightning Returns that is 30% complete. That game has only been announced just recently. It's not really a secret, Nomura mentioned doing some early work on KH3 YEARS ago tutti frutti. IF that was true in any way shape or forum, there wouldn't really be much reason to wait if it's been 6 plus years and only 30% of the game was complete. But it only entered full production this year Nomura said that he wanted to be finished with Versus so he could devote his full attention to KH3. Wrong. He said we needed to reach a certain breakthrough with Versus before KH3 could properly begin.

I understand that things take time to accomplish, and that there are other projects for Square to work on, as all gaming developers do, this is something that I just question on what they are doing if the 30% is true. I'm still skeptical about it myself. Ask yourself, do you really want to wait another 6 plus years for this game?

I'm still skeptical about it myself. Ask yourself, do you really want to wait another 6 plus years for this game? The 30% thing isn't true. It's about Lightning Returns.And see, that's the thing. If this WAS true, that would meant they finished 30% of the game in less than a year. Never mind that the last percent range is much easier in terms of work load. We'd probably be look at like a year and a half until the release if this were true

September 9, 201213 yr No such news whatsoever. No source. To be honest, At least they let us know that they are still developing the game unlike Duke Nukem Forever back in the day. Just be glad that you guys at least heard official news from squenix that the development is still going from time to time.

Lightning Returns is based on two previous game engines, and is being developed for multiple consoles, whereas Versus is trying to make full use of the PS3. Additionally, we have NO idea how far along Versus is, for all we know, it could be significantly more complete.The fact of the matter is, versus is a much bigger game
