Wow. Sucks that NOW everyone cares about Nomura, with all the great new announcements. He has a life too. He's been working hard too, and he cares about his fans. There is no reason to hate him just because we don't always get what we want from him. He can't individually cater each and every one of us for what we expect from him. I'm not directing this at any single person, just the SE fandom in general. We shouldn't jump to assumptions, and automatically hate or love Nomura for this or that. Just saying.

im not out right saying i hate nomura i just find his decisions mentally challenged since you have to admit his decisions over the past 10 years have been questionable

I predict there will be a Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Remix that will include HD KH2, BBS,and Re:Coded. But that's just me.

I've always respected Nomura, he's proven to be a master story-teller with this series.

No, I'm guessing if there was a 2.5 HD, then it would just include KH2, BBS, and maybe 3D (though I don't know how exactly it would work), beause they all are graphically good enough to warrent a remaster but not a total remake. Re:Coded isn't graphically good enough to stand with just a 'remaster'. At least, I don't think it is... O.o

KH2 was great I agree with all games being remastered especially Days and Re:coded the graphics sucked

I just want Days remade. The actual GAME. Not just the cutscenes. That's a disappointment.

The Wii U would be a good system to do it on, considering it's like a giant DS. lol

either Kingdom Hearys 2.5 HD Remix (with KH2, KHBBS, trophies) or a Kingdom Hearts Handheld Remix (Coded, 358/2 days, BBS) :D KH2 has nice enough graphics so i don't really care forthe KH2 remake...

Patience mate. You will get KH 2.5.

Yeah. :L Tbh I don't really care WHAT it's on right now, it just seriously needs to be redone on something with better graphics.

I can understand that. Hey if it were remade on the Wii U that might actually give me a reason to buy it, considering no other game has. lol

I just respect him for working on the same damn game for 6 years, while still working on the same damn series for 10 years. That guy's got patience.

With the money they're paying him I'd work on the same game and series for 20 years with a goofy smile on my face all the while.

Although I look forward to 1.5 (and inevitably there will be a 2.5)

A number of fans will just be pissed

like "we asked you to stop with the filler (really more like bridge..) games and just give us KH3, and now you're giving us the same games we already had..."

The few people around me swore off the game series when it went to 3ds, cause they weren't gonna waste their money on consoles for one game

How do you know how much they're paying him?

That's a silly thing to ask. The exact numbers aren't important. He's the creator of a series that has sold over 18 million copies worldwide and one of the most recognizable figures at Square. He's definitely a multi-millionaire.

It's not silly. You don't know how much he makes. He could be highly underpaid for all you know. But you ASSUME that he gets the money he deserves. Even if he did, maybe the money doesn't matter to him, when it comes to working on the same damn series and game for year after year after year. But no go ahead and keep making baseless assumptions.

Actually, Nomura got involved in the project when he overheard a conversation between Hashimoto and the FF creator concerning the development of the game and decided to jump in.

Its not a silly question, no one here knows how much he gets paid, but do I gurantee you he's not a rich man.

I'll bite. Let's suppose he's very very underpaid and just needs to put bread on the table then yeah, or even if he's a middle class man he'd work as long and hard as it took to get the job done, it's what people do and I'd do the same as things are now. So rich or not the circumstances do not change. So yep question was silly.

And? Is he not credited as the series' creator too? Is he not responsible for the story concept design, are they not characters created by him that star in the franchise?

Rich or poor he still works for money and I'd do the same so yep question was silly.

How do you know it's about the money, though? Not EVERYONE is about the money and not everyone does everything they do for money. If he hated it that much he could stop working on it. You're assuming what his reasons are based on what reasons you would do it for.

I didn't say money was the ONLY reason. However, he has bills to pay to food to eat so money does play a part in him working on KH and Versus. It's not all due to money but that is one cause no matter how big or little and he is one of the men leading the Versus operation and considering how much they've spent on it already he can't just up and leave even if he hates it. And yes, my first reply was just a lighthearted what if joke (I even used the word goofy as a pun) about what I would do so of course it's about ONE reason I'd do it for.
