What if Nomura has decided to become the ULTIMATE TROLL and not release 1.5 in other countries?!!! I'm freakin' out here! Is he so wedded to not giving the final mixes to other nations that he would deny thousands of possibly new fans, in preparation for kh3, the ability to experience the BEST KH GAMES EVAR?!!!

Remember that PS3s do not have region coding. Don't get too upset, we can all still import it if he decides not to release 1.5 internationally.

Honestly, I wouldn't really care, I don't like HD Collections and the only thing I like about the KH1.5 ReMIX was the Video-Remastered Days thing ... I have KH1 and don't need it in some little better quality and CoM was awesome for me because it was on the GBA ... And I still don't really know why so many people are excited about that... For me this HD Collection was the worst case scenario, but I'm glad that at least something is gonna be released, though there won't be any new Story elements it seems

In that case, Nomura wouldn't be the ultimate troll but the marketing department would be.  Nomura can't make all the decisions.

That would be the worst day EVER. QwQ But if I remember correctly, Nomura did say he one day hoped to give overseas fans a FM, so who knows...this may be it! 8'D

True Nomura isn't the only one to make descisions he plays a big part in it but it's not everything under his hand

Nomura wants a Kingdom Hearts game out every year. Even with the whole KH for PC browsers thing, if they don't localize hd 1.5, and likely hd 2.5, it will be at least 3 years, if not longer, before any legit KH stuff (i'm still not sold on the pc thing) comes west, and at that point, they might as well forget about a western release, because the fanbase will drop drastically. Personally, I would still buy it after waiting a few years. I would buy a new system if I had to. but I know a lot of people would just say forget it.

 

Plus the US has an extreme infatuation with HD remakes: Sly Cooper, Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter, Prince of Persia, Halo, Final Fantasy (maybe), God of War, Tomb Raider, and others. These are all some of the best selling franchises for their systems. I just find it hard to believe that they wont announce it. I am convinced they will announce localization at Jump Festa

The only reason i like 1.5 is the Days thing, but if they make the KH Final Mix not japanese, it's a must have for me!

Yeah, like it was said, it's not Nomura who makes this kind of decision. He can be a troll a lot of times, but let's not blame it all on him

And, I am excited for the coming release, but it's a remake. at least we're not missing any story. But of course I'd like a NA release

Also, I don't think they're making the release. They could always not do it damn you SE but I dooubt they won't. I just don't see a good reason. They'll make some good money by doing this. The old fans will buy, and this will attarct even more fans. It'd pretty stupid not to do it. So, I'm not that worried.

I'm really not that anxious for the 1.5 ReMIX, since I already own and have played the other games, but it would be nice to see the additional Days scenes.  So I won't be too disappointed either way, though I definitely wouldn't mind a new KH game to look forward to.

Well, I wouldn't be too fussed. I can always import. I'll probably get better at reading Japanese too. But I think this one will make it's way overseas. 

Come on people.This is NOMURA we're talking about here,because he did say some people confused which game they want to start and Nomura tried to compile in correct order,so i think he really do this seriously......if he really troll us,it's all our fault too since it's the PEOPLE who was requesting it in the first place...

I have much trust in the secret message of ddd. It is clearly about the HD Remix 1.5 and 2.5. 

If it never comes? if Nomura didn't want to release the HD collection overseas then why did he leave the secret message in American version of DDD?

Why wouldn't it? Seriously, I can't even entertain the notion. The game has Disney characters in it, Disney sells in America. I'm pretty sure the main reason the Final Mixes didn't make it over is because they were somewhat minor improvements over the original games - every other title has made it over. Something as big as an HD remaster would definitely come, considering that those are also big in the West. SE likes money, I believe, so it's very unlikely that it'll be unlocalized.

Just... let´s hope than that never happens...
