Yodobashi.com have added a pre-order page for Kingdom Hearts -HD 1.5 ReMIX-, and this pre-order page details some of the gameplay changes made to the originals. Thanks go to bKvEBVAvUq for the tip, and to duckroll for some translations. The following images were added explaining this information:

Kingdom Hearts Final Mix changes:
- Character models and textures have been improved
- The "Zero EXP" and "Combo Master" abilities are added to the game
- The right analogue stick now controls the camera
- Summons has been moved to the 4th command slot
- The talk and special attack commands have been moved to the triangle button
- Trophies
- You can switch between English voices w/ Japanese subtitles, or Japanese voices
- Completing the game will unlock a custom PlayStation 3 theme

Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories changes:
- The graphical quality of the user interface and menus have been improved
- Trophies
- Completing the game will unlock another custom PlayStation 3 theme

358/2 Days inclusions:
- Over 2 hours of HD, fully-voiced cutscenes included
- All of Roxas' diary entries, the Secret Reports and the Character Database are included
- Watching all cutscenes will unlock *another* custom PlayStation 3 theme

Will that be all? Just a custom theme? or does it say there's more?

Watch as plenty of people immediately choose to do Level 1 as their first playthrough.

 

I heard somewhere else that the script is being revised to be more in-line with the more recent games, that might be the "change speech" thing?

Theme is sweet!! But they kpcouldve done a little better... everything else is cool though! If change speech is eng or jap, then thats REALLY AWESOME

Wouldn't completing KH1 with Zero exp be impossible since Dragon Maleficent?

A.....theme? not sure if I am disappointed or excited about it.

KHFM Lv1 will be the TRUE challenge for KH veterans. Every other game that has Lv1 potential had some kind of help like KH2's damage scaling or BBS and DDD's access to Second Chance and Once More but KH1... No... That will be a royal nightmare...

KH was difficult enough without 0 EXP! With it would be hell!!! XAX

I actually think there was one in FM anyways.

 

FM changed the names of the difficulties to the now standard names. They also scaled the overall difficulty a bit.

 

FM Beginner > US Normal > FM Standard > US Expert > FM Proud

I was hoping for a bit more than PS3 themes as the end-game bonus... That'll still be cool though. If only I could find a way to get a PS3 before this game comes out...

Hey, since the game will have an unlockable theme, does that mean potential profile pics? Can I finally get Sora's HUD face next to my profile?

Also is there just one theme unlocked after completing the whole collection, or three themes for each title after beating them?

KH1 lvl 1 challenge?? oh no Proud mode on final mix was already hell -__-

A language change would be a great feature, especially in an international release. Japanese footage of KH1 and KH2 are quite rare, it would be nice to actually hear the games that way.
