Posted March 18, 201312 yr So, I heard mixed feeling about the Days "movie". Some people said they liked it and fully enjoyed it. SOme other said it wasn't as good as expected. So, i want to know. What are your thoughts on it?
March 18, 201312 yr It was good. They didn't promise a lot of the things we speculated as with boss battles so I'm not too dissapointed. I wish they didn't have those paragraph parts but other than that it was good.
March 18, 201312 yr It was good. It was missing some parts, like Roxas fighting Saix, but it was good.

March 18, 201312 yr I thought it was good but just like the DS version you learned more about the story reading the Secret Reports and what not than you would watching the cutscenes so I dunno. But I enjoyed it regardless.
March 18, 201312 yr I agree with most of users on here. They should have just taken the time to remake it. Because they had to cut a lot of stuff out on cutscenes due to the time of the movie being so long, and the entire Disney aspect of it was out for me.
March 18, 201312 yr Popular Post It's pretty and all and I'm looking forward to the English voices, but they left out a lot of details that weakened things overall. Interactions between Roxas, Axel, and Xion, and Roxas and the Organization (mostly with Saix) are glossed over or excluded. I understand the pragmatism in not making 10+ hours of HD footage capturing all the details, but they left out important things or things that make no sense to exclude. From the top of my head, some examples of unnecessary changes or exclusions, or scenes I really wanted to see because I though they were powerful, are: -After Roxas's first non-tutorial mission with Axel, he sees Hayner, Pence, and Olette, who're laughing. Roxas asks what the noise they're making is, and later on in the clock tower, Axel asks something like "Who wants to bounce back between work and the castle." In the original, Roxas says, "Haha, not me," demonstrating a good first glimpse into his emotions. In 1.5, Roxas agrees but just kinda shrugs it off. -After Roxas falls into a coma, Xemnas and Saix talk about their plans, and at the end of the scene, Xemnas says, "So, sleep has taken you again" or something like that. It's left out in 1.5 for reasons I can't fathom. It was one line, but it ties to BBS. What was the point of leaving it out? -Roxas snapping at Saix for dismissing Xion after she falls into her coma. Another good glimpse into Roxas's emotions--anger, not just kindness or sadness. It's just summarized into text in 1.5, which disappointed me. -Roxas confronting Axel after he knocks her out and brings her back by force was excluded for some reason. While later scenes do show Roxas mad at Axel, the confrontation shows Axel acted dismissive of what he did to Xion, which gives Roxas's anger at Axel more weight. -I really wanted to see the scenes where Roxas had to place the device in Agrabah, when he laments if he has anywhere to go or friends to turn to, and he sheds a tear. It was one of the most emotional moments in the game for me, and I was actually a bit pissed off it wasn't included. -Roxas's big show of escaping the castle was left out. It was one of the game's climaxes, so that was another thing that bugged me. -Disney in general was pretty much nonexistent. I understand not all of the missions were plot relevant, but the fact it could be glossed over so easily shows how irrelevant Disney's become. Edited March 18, 201312 yr by Dracozombie
March 18, 201312 yr They miss a lot of important cutscenes. I would have loved to see the part where Roxas and Xion saw each other as a Heartless and Axel appears just in the right moment, and I would like to see a Saïx vs. Roxas fight too :S
March 18, 201312 yr I haven't had the time to see all of it yet, but I did enjoy what I did see. I just wish they had included the whole scenes instead of text and then the ending cutscene. They left out some important stuff.
March 18, 201312 yr The music (which was great in the first place) was redone and made it even more emotional for me Also the acting was just phenomenal!!! The only thing I hated was that there was basically no Disney. Like NOTHING! They missed one of the biggest climaxes in an RPG (Roxas`s escape from the Castle) I mean come on!!! That would have been to epic. And there was no fight scenes which pissed me off (like none what so ever.) But overall I liked it a lot, and it`s not just me being biased to KH358`s story
March 20, 201312 yr I honestly enjoyed it. I was annoyed that they controlled how long the text was on the screen, but I understand why they did it (no respect for us foreigners who can't read as fast as native speakers!). The only scene I wish was in there was the "stick" scene, but I just wanted it for the lols. I'm really glad they made this because you really see their emotions more vividly, and since they are nobodies, that is a really important thing to see.
March 25, 201312 yr I found it unwatchable. It was so freaking boring it made Babylon 5 look like the next entry in Fast & Furious. I stopped at about 30 minutes, but from what I read, it's not like it would've gotten any better.
March 25, 201312 yr I thought it was great. I liked it alot, they did it perfectly IMHO. I can't wait to watch it in HD.
March 25, 201312 yr Watched it all the way, and I was...pretty bored. I gave it another shot, by watching piece by piece and it kept my attention a little better. I liked the rescored bits and the animation was spot on. It would have been nice if they animated the battles, that would have been entertaining (as well as the stick scene )
