It'll cost about $170 and it'll look brand new. You could even get the color changed and a different memory card. The works!

  • If the 3D is on, it's in 3D. If the 3D is off, then it is not in 3D.

do u think retro studios will make it.

I hope this is true. I would love a Donkey Kong 3DS game.

No such rumor exists. If it did, it would be on 3DSBlog like Donkey Kong 3DS was.

No, Capcom WAS planning to release Mega Man Legends 3 for the 3DS, but they ended up scrapping it. this happened awhile back, when the 3DS was still really new and everyone was claiming doom and gloom upon it.

Um, everyone knows that. Either I read the post I replied to wrong or you read it wrong.

*confusion* yeah, I guess one of us read it wrong? lol

It never ceases to amaze me how stupid a majority of EB's staff are, and how great a length they'll go just to try and make a quick back. Ah well, guess that's the sales buisiness for you.

Anyway, can't blame EB for putting up a boxart for it and (I'd assume so if they have a boxart in 3DS section) it in their pre-order database. It's pretty likely Donkey Kong will come to the 3DS eventually before the end of its lifeline.

This has been proven false by an GS employee who was asked to make a pre-order for the game. He said: 'The displays were not supplied by Nintendo and have been taken down. It’s definitely not in the system in the U.S. I’m sure it’s not elsewhere, either, but I can’t confirm that.'

At the beginning of may.anyone reccomend anything good besides the obvious?

Recommended any games? Uhmmmm Kid icirus, Mario 3D land, Mario Kart, Tales of the abyss are mine. You can't go wrong with any of these games. If you're looking for downloable games, I recommend Mighty Switch Force and Pushmo

Get Sonic Generations. DO IT! And Kid Icarus Uprising, Super Mario 3D Land, and Resident Evil Revelations.

I agree with these ones.

totally. my first 2 games were sonic generations and resident evil revelations. i borrowed the rest from friends lol

zelda OoT 3d and mario kart are my top games .. i also have tetris axis, starfox, and i had mario land 3d but after i beat it it wasn't worth keeping. Id say the first 2 are must haves though

Honestly, the really good stuff has yet to be seen. If you haven't played Ocarina of Time, you might want to look at that, but it hasn't aged all that well. Star Fox is a quirky shooter, it's very polarizing, with many people who hate or love it.

Kid Icarus Uprising looks to be the most well developed Nintendo game yet, but there have been many cries of a wonky control scheme that impede an otherwise good game

There's Tales of the Abyss if you like the Tales series, or just like RPGs, though the port was apparently somewhat lazy.

Sonic Generations 3DS is for hardcore Sonic fans only. The levels and story simply aren't enough for what the price tag charges, unless you love Sonic

Mario 3D Land is in my opinion, a huge step down from Mario Galaxy 2, but if you like classic style platformers, you'll probably like this. There's a lot of content...

Honestly, most of the best games on the 3DS are ports and remakes, but there's a lot of great stuff coming soon. The 3DS is built with a fair bit of free entertainment as well, so you may not even need a game at first. Also, don't forget about the eShop. It's overpriced, not going to lie, but you can find some great classic or independent games (I wholeheartedly recommend Shantae)

And of course, the DS has an excellent catalog of games as well, so don't forget about that.

Resident Evil: Revelations, and the leend of Zelda Ocarina of time, are good games for the 3DS

A second 3DS, so you can send me one... lol. Sonic Generations, because It's not horrible, like the sonic series (except the original Genesis Series) has been. It diffidently has the feel of the the originals. Modern Sonic gameplay is fun too, but I love Classic Sonic. OoT 3D. I am BEGGING to have this game. It has the Master Quest built into it as well. The story is complex and suspenseful, making you want to play more, Battle system, like all those of the Zelda series, is awesome, and the updated graphics are cool too. Mario 3D land, due to the awesome original feel, and don't forget the eShop. There are some awesome classic games on there too, like Pokémon, The Original Zelda. and more. Also, do not forget the regular DS games. KH Re:Coded/Days is a must, for obvious reasons, Scribble-naughts is fun, but has no story, so I leave that one up to you, Pokémon second generation remakes, due to the extra features compared to the original, updated graphics, the "Follow me!" command, and the original GB sounds event AR code. I suggest all of these... but seriously... Send me a 3DS too... lol.

It's been exactly one year since the Nintendo 3DS came out in North America on March 27, 2011. To celebrate, Nintendo is giving out a special Mii, and StreetPass tag using SpotPass. If you go on your 3DS, you'll notice a blue dot on the StreetPass icon, there you'll get your special SpotPass tag and Mii. Enjoy! (I'm not gonna spoil the surprise, but make sure you're "ready"). :)

Ah! I had completely forgotten that the 3Ds has been out for one whole year now! Thank you for reminding me! (Laughs manaically at own foolishness)

Oh yeah, I got the Mii.

I got it 2 days ago (being in Europe) and it was an Iwata Mii. Not sure if it's the same for everyone but that's what I got xD

Thanks for the tip and congrats 3DS!!!

I'll celebrate with Kid Icarus!

Darn it! I missed it.

It's been a year already? It felt like yesterday the 3DS just came out
