If KH Was Originally a Hack'n'Slash Game

What if KH originally became a Hack'n'Slash game instead of what it is now? Kinda like Devil May Cry/Bayonetta/ Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance? Would you have still stick with the series if it became something like that?

What if KH originally became a Hack'n'Slash game instead of what it is now? Kinda like Devil May Cry/Bayonetta/ Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance? Would you have still stick with the series if it became something like that?

Actually now that I think of it.

 

KH is kinda a Hack'n'Slash game to an extent with RPG elements in it

Hack'n'slash games are more about combos, getting good ranks etc. imo which KH isn't.I'd actually like that over the current "X does every combo"-system in KH.

what about the KHII method of "Triangle does every combo you need to win"

Pretty sure I had to spam X in all my battles.

Dude, its just a hack and slash Role Playing game.
