Speaking of Xenoblade....I gotta finish it but dangit the length kinda intimidates me.I don't wanna spoil it by watching Chugga's let's play though

The length seems intimidating for a while, but while I can't speak for everyone, I honestly forgot all about it. It really opens opportunities for character development when the game's this long.Also, I actually used Chugga's LP as motivation to play it more. That way, I wouldn't have to worry about spoilers.

Yo this isn't an issue because of Smash Bros. It's been a reported thing since back in 2013, and there's reported cases of other games causing it. Most likely it's an error on the WiiU itself with regards to the flash memory, but if you have a recent Wii U console you should be absolutely fine.So most likely you're fine, the only reason it's blown up so much now is because Smash Bros is a reported case, but it's still a very rare thing to see. Like, it's the same chances of getting Ebola in the US. lol

Idk if it's related to the basic white models or not, just that it's actually been an issue that's existed for at least a couple of years. But yeah, this isn't something inherently wrong with Smash Bros, it's just an unfortunate correlation because smash is the big thing right now, and you know how vocal its community is. However with that said, I really hope Nintendo does send out a patch or at least some sort of compensation because even though it's a rare issue, it's still pretty fatal.I'm still gonna play smash, but from what I've seen being said it looks like if you're unfortunate enough to get the error, whatever you do, don't reformat the system since it sounds like that's what causes the system to actually break.

The error code wasn't caused by Smash Bros...it's a system error

It's easy enough to deke out people who use counters in situations like that. If you know the character your opponent is using is capable of counters, just jumping up a bit should cause them to counter prematurely, and then you can attack from there.

for all of you saying that its smash bros thats causing the error, its not. the code has been around for a long time and people are only starting to think of it even worse noe because it happened durring smash bros. rest assured, its not smash bros that causes the error. and even if it is, then there are other games causing the same problem that just went unnoticed because it was not smash.

also, did you guys know about the new s-smash or dash-smash? its a very precise smash attack that doesent need you to stop moving to preform it. its pretty complicated tho.

same. im like 50 hours in but then i just sorta stopped for other games and im waiting till im out of smash and into RPGs again so i can finish it. chugga's lets play actually introduced me to the game!

That's a relief about the glitch, coulda led to some sad faces on Christmas

Though the console itself being the issue is much more concerning, to be honest

Jokes aside, this was great, although i was sure Meta Knight was going to say "Meta Knight time" at the end though, but eh, it doesn't break character, and i don't really mind. Also, i like his portrayal of Pittoo alot.

Well I contact Nintendo about my Club Nintendo ssb wii u issue, and now I'm getting the soundtrack, and Mewtwo dlc. ^^

I lost a Sudden Death against a guy who waited to Counter.

 

The next time we fought in Sudden Death, I swooped behind him, waited for him to Counter, and knocked him off-stage.

Though to be fair he said the same thing with Melee but later came back for Brawl and then Smash 4

 

It really depends on him and maybe that's why they let Namco Bandai co-develop the game with them.

 

Still I can never think of anyone that can handle Smash bros better than Sakurai

It really says something when every game since Melee is still perfectly playable even after along time of their release

 

I still can go back to Melee and Brawl while playing Smash 4 and still have fun playing all three.

I understand Sakurai's decision, but I'm sad he won't be making another. Some people might say I'm being ignorant here, but if this is true, Smash 4 will probably be the best Smash we ever get.

Far more likely Smash Bros is simply getting too stressful because he always ants to outdo himself. That's how I've interpreted what he's been talking about recently anyways, it sounds like game development is taking its toll on him
