Axel and Saix are probably my top 2. It might change after I play Re:CoM.

Definitely Axel, closely followed by Roxas and Xion. They had a lot more depth to their characters, and despite being in the evil organization, didn't seem to be bad. Not to mention they have the coolest powers.
