Sora96 17,256 Posted October 3, 2013 I've just defeated Unknown. And honestly it's a lot less than I expected from him. I could have easily done it without Tinker Bell or Aeroga. I didn't even use any items either. No strategy on my end either, just kept attacking him It took me less than a minute to defeat him.
atheist123 583 Posted October 3, 2013 I guess we're just used to hard bosses now, because of the secret bosses from BBS and 3D. I'm excited to see what challenges await us in KH3 1 Reflet reacted to this

atheist123 583 Posted October 3, 2013 I've never played Birth by Sleep. And Kingdom Hearts 3D only had Julius. Our reflexes have probably gotten better with time either way, I do think the games have been getting harder since KH2 was criticised for being too easy I'm going out on a limb and guessing you were playing on standard or beginner (inb4pedantics) You guessed his pedantics D: are you a wizard? Skhyatze 165 Posted October 3, 2013 I thought he was super easy when I fought him too. Do not know why some people say he is harder than Sepiroth. Unknown really has only 1 attack that is really dangerous.
allen95 208 Posted October 3, 2013 Just wait until you fight Terra in KH2FM on critical mode. 2 Weedanort and KH4Real reacted to this
Uchiha 47 Posted October 3, 2013 I've never played Birth by Sleep. And Kingdom Hearts 3D only had Julius. I was playing on Final Mix mode. There is no "standard" mode. I think if you played proud mode, you would have found him a little harder. I played on proud, I had to face him at level 70 because he kicked my ass on the levels before (probably due to me not having leaf bracer) I didn't use Tinker bell either, she annoyed me, I ended up using sonic a lot and she just stopped me from doing so. In saying all this though, he was the first secret boss I beat You should play Birth by Sleep, the secret bosses in it are a nice challenge, a lot harder than the ones in Kingdom Hearts, in my opinion any way. 1 RoxSox reacted to this

Uchiha 47 Posted October 3, 2013 (edited) I will in HD 2.5 ReMIX. I am pretty keen for this, need to hold myself off replaying Kingdom Hearts 2 or Birth by Sleep Edited October 3, 2013 by Uchiha
Cucco 1,907 Posted October 3, 2013 I was on proud mode and just used strike raid. Sephiroth and phantom are much harder. And I beat him on my first try . Hardest boss my ass 1 Lalalablah reacted to this

KH4Real 749 Posted October 3, 2013 (edited) I'll take on Xemnas later when I finished re:com. Sephy was a piece of cake. By BBS are lingering spirit or MF the hardest. And Terranort. Terra/lingering will in KH2 seems also very challenging. Edited October 3, 2013 by KH4Real

Hardest boss my ass Sephiroth and Phantom were easy. You can beat Phantom at level 50 something.

Shulk 8,623 Posted October 3, 2013 Our reflexes have probably gotten better with time either way, I do think the games have been getting harder since KH2 was criticised for being too easy You guessed his pedantics D: are you a wizard? In all honesty, I found BBS to be the easiest in the series. The secret bosses were the only tough parts about it, along with the first world in Aqua' story because of her low attack stat there. Everything else is a breeze.

DAMN 80 Posted October 4, 2013 I was playing on Final Mix mode. There is no "standard" mode. AHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA...So you weren't playing on "Final Mix Proud"
Raziel 248 Posted October 4, 2013 I was on proud mode and just used strike raid. Sephiroth and phantom are much harder. And I beat him on my first try . Hardest boss my ass Phantom is by FAR easier. I only got hit maybe twice the entire fight...It's literally one of the easiest bosses in the entire game. It's only hard if you don't know the correct strategy. If you do the right strategy, it's a CAKE walk...All you have to do is keep the clock stopped the entire match and line-of-sight his blast, which leaves only his physical claw swipe to hit you which hardly hurts your HP at all and it's extremely easy to dodge. KH4Real 749 Posted October 4, 2013 (edited) every boss has been a breeze but i cant beat phantom Mayby cause you are on low lvl. Get to 80+. I was on 80+ and used only a few ethers. If he uses that one spell just get behind the clock and use then stopra sometimes on the clock. Let also the rest do the most work if that will work. Ultima Spark 753 Posted October 5, 2013 tbf, the main problem with Xemnas Unknown is that stupid command lock; he grabs you at an inopportune time, and you may well die before the roulette slows down enough for you to hit "release"
