Well most in the org. are supposed to be villains, so he being your favorite villain makes it seem obvious he would be your favorite org. member as well. Although I do see what you mean.

I've always liked Demyx and Axel.  I can't choose between them.  Though I still haven't played COM (Uni and finishing KH1FM first before starting it) so I haven't really seen much and got to know the other members.  

Axel is the only correct answer.

xaldin he was the toughest to fight, but xigbar is still one of the best.
