What is the most horrifying thing you've ever seen in any media? (a.k.a. nightmare fuel)

Posted

There has to be a time in your life where you've watch something so terrifying that you either couldn't sleep or you ended up pissing on your bed while having a nightmare because of it.

Whether it's from an anime, video games,movies...etc you name it.

While I'm not addicted to Ultra violent stuff at all,I've played Resident Evil,Silent Hill.....etc I was able to resist getting terrified by those.

But then comes the one thing that I couldn't sleep at all for a day and a half because of it and I JUST WATCHED THAT THING LAST MONTH AND I'M 24 YEARS OLD ON TOP OF THAT!!!!Something so absolutely brutally and horrifying that just quit Ultra violent stuff entirely.

It's called Violence Jack

OH....MY ....GOD

Out of all the animes I've watched, this has to be the most satanic, sadistic and massacistic thing I've ever seen in my life....PERIOD

I heard about it few months ago from Bennet The Sage's review of Devilman......and I regret ever looking it up

Sure this OVA series was made in the late 80's were Ultra Violence movies were at their highest.....but this is just undescribable

I won't put any link or any kind of picture for this piece of shit here because I just don't wanna provide any instant way to see and you should never EVER look it up.....you have been warned.

Every single kind of torture scenes, decapitations and absolute gore you can ever see....this OVA series has it.....and I won't talk about the gangraping because it's so disgusting that I had to skip it to keep my sanity intact.

Wanna hear some examples of the horror I just saw??? Children are being killed mercilessly, people getting tortured by a chainsaw by chopping their legs off before cutting the rest of their organs, people getting sliced in half from their dickvagina up to their head......heads are being squashed way easier than a freakin watermelon.

In a nutshell,Mortal Kombat looks like my Little Pony in comparison to Violence Jack.....and I'm saying that as a  fan of Mortal Kombat who played most entries in the series....those fatalities are nothing compared to the stuff Violence Jack has.

Don't watch it,don't buy it,don't look it up on youtube, don't do anything related to this.

Now I know people are gonna look it up after this regardless, but you've been warned, and you're gonna hate yourself after watching this.

Anyway I told you mine, tell me yours....even if it's uhhhhhhhhh Violence Jack

Believe it or not , I was actually really scared when I first saw the "Zombie-Humans" from the movie "I am Legend" with Will Smith. I could not sleep that night .

naruto fillers.

I'm not joking here

I meant something that scared you,not something that's horrifyingly boring as the fillers in Naruto

I WAS SO TERRIFIED BY THIS ONE SHOW THAT I LITERALLY TOOK A PICTURE

A movie called Siberian Film, it's messed up, especially the scene with the newborn baby.. http://m.imdb.com/title/tt1273235/synopsis There's the synopsis if you want to read it.

Also, one part of the movie The Human Centipede 2 where the main character beat his mother's head in with a sledge hammer or something really desensitized me to everything that is violent and/or disturbing.

well i was 4 when this happened so it might not seem all that scary, but the scene in riddick where kira got impaled during the final fight haunted me before i rewatched the movies and actually learned the plot

creepy....mutherfiretruckin....pasta....

Anything to do with Jeff The Killer.

Okay. when I was like six. This scared me to heck.

It was those darn zombies in Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

Well among the many things:

This shiz scares me (minus the tutorial part x'D). So much. I made the mistake of watching it late at night....next to my window.....in the dark. Other than that I've never read Creepy Pasta.

Black Butler freaked me out....still does. Mainly the first few episodes and some bits of what I actually watched.

Oh and that nasty noise the Grudge makes. Makes my skin crawl every time I hear it.

Jeff the Killer was a horribly written story. How did it scare ANYONE?

Aaaaanyway, I'm thinking for a viable response to this thread

Mine seems stupid in comparison to all of yours. I was scared by a cheesy movie called "Killer Shrews." Seriously. It's about shrews that become carnivorous at night, essentially becoming vampires. looking back, it was so stupid. They never even showed them in the parts of the movie I saw. I was terrified for so long, it was stupid.

I got freaked out by the ghostbusters movie :/ yes I am a wimp. The part where the arms came out of the couch scred me lol

Slenderman or the BEN story with Zelda Majora's Mask...plus I live next to a patch of woods..D:which made Slenderman worse than I thought.

Scream was what I was scared of before that but I didn't even watch the movie...

DyE-Fantasy that shit was so scary I didn't want to touch or talk my girlfriend for 2 days and that weird statue from Majora's Mask

Nothing. Boy I must be an empty shell or something...

I think it's the visage of the character that people find scary. Willing to look past the horrible writing and awful origin story just because the picture is creepy.

But... I can't really think of anything off the top of my head that's really given me a fright. .-.

EDIT:

ACTUALLY, WAIT, NO. THERE IS ONE firetruckING THING THAT JUST AAAAHHH

I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY IT CREEPS ME OUT SO BAD.

Oh GAWSH! I remember speaking to him in MM before completing the game, when I was about 6. Gave me nightmares for days.

Jaws when I was little.

Now what really scares me is anything scary late at night.

Thats actually more hilarious than scary to me xD

The scene in Child's Play 2 where that one woman's tied to her sewing machine. :O

I saw one scene of Violence Jack that scared the heck out of me. *shivers* And there's a show called One Thousand Ways to Die that I saw on TV. I couldn't sleep that night at all. T^T
