    • Yes, but only if it's Jupiter, h.a.n.d., Matrix Software, tri-Ace or indieszero

Bring it on, I'll take anything new and fresh brought to the table. Maybe a full spin-off with a new gameplay style?

I'd rather not judging from many games I play that had other companys make their games, it's a horrible idea. Many series I loved got ruined by that concept and are shunned in my eyes.

Chain of Memories, 358/2 Days and Re:coded were developed by other companies.

What about like the new DmC? In my opinion it's light years better than the first few which were ok, but DmC is one of my favorite games. I say the more Kingdom Hearts the merrier.

Chain of Memories, 358/2 Days and Re:coded were developed by other companies.

And all of those games you mentioned sucks except 358/2 Days.

Lol. Well they aren't major titles. Square Enix develop them by themselves.

But weren't they also partially developed by Square Enix too?!

Chain of Memories wasn't. I think 358/2 Days and Re:coded were, but they didn't do much. I'd assume just stuff like story, outline, the original version of coded.

It seems people would rather not have other Japanese companies develop future Kingdom Hearts titles. I guess no one wants a game like THEATRHYTHM for Kingdom Hearts.

Never

Too late, they've already done three. :P

No just no, I'd prefer it sometimes if others developers did some of the games but I morel like it when only Square Enix develop the new titles

Na

Only Days did suck

Well, this is very twisted for me on the one hand i want other developers (maybe smaller studios) have their attempt on big titles like Kingdom Hearts (or other games in general to bring fresh ideas into a franchise) but on the other hand it has to fit into the series and the current saga so i would like it if they would work together with Square for the game.

Maybe secondary games, but not a main title... But if you compare the games that have been done by Square Enix for handhelds (BbS and 3D) and the ones done by other companies (the ones you mentioned), you clearly see who's better at developing KH games. So if it is not a necessity for SE, then I'd prefer that they made all the games.

No, I want Square Enix to continue it. I don't want to see them leave KH.

but if worse comes to worse, and Square Enix somehow doesn't do it anymore. Then I'd still play it.

I'd love to see Jupiter do some sort of spin-off game, considering that they're the geniuses behind the masterpiece that is The World Ends With You. I'd love to see what else they could come up with for the game, especially since they're probably way more experienced than they were back when they made Chain of Memories (Not that CoM was bad or anything). I also enjoyed the DS titles, so I wouldn't mind a spin-off by another company.

I would like to see where Atlus could take the series...

wow i just mafe mt acoount but i went on here every day before i was just too lazy to make an account

Well, if the company that develops said Kingdom Hearts title would be the same people that made the portable versions like h.a.n.d or Jupiter, then I'd rest easy.  But if there's no other company than them that can develop a Kingdom Hearts title, then please let Square stick with the development.  I trust Nomura will know who to choose to develop a Kingdom Hearts title if he's not able to. :)

No, I'd prefer it if only Square Enix develop the new titles. (76 votes [80.00%])

Kingdom Hearts is a Square Enix game, and always will be

Please no. Re:Coded was crap enough as it is, the command menu just did not work for the DS. Same deal with 358/2 Days. I'd have to say that Chain of Memories was the only handheld KH (other than BBS) that didn't have such complicated controls all because of one game element that doesn't work with that specific console. It's best that Square Enix stick with it.

I wouldn't mind if they changed.

Na  Only Days did suck

Well I only liked the story of 358/2 Days
