Okay, I would like to know your opinions in this topic.

 

Roxas is the nobody of Sora, but after BBS we knew that Ventus' heart is sleeping inside Sora. So the most possible situation is that Roxas is actually the nobody of Ventus, or better said: Ventus IS Roxas

 

After BBS, i believed that when we awake Ventus again, he would be both Ventus and Roxas, as like they were each other the whole time. Ventus would have lived those 358 days as Roxas, 

 

However, a lot of people seem to like having both Ventus and Roxas on the team and the same time. Like both of them fighting together, Axel being friends with both and all that fanfiction stuff

 

What would you prefer to happen to them on KH3, people?

have both. i feel like its way to late to say there going to fuse since all signs point to them as two separate pep ole  

I thought Roxas was Ventus but without Ventus' memories?

 

I think they will merge and Ventus will have Roxas' memories and vice versa; so Ventus will be one person but just have extra memories and differentiate them from himself and from Roxas... It might leave Ventus a bit shocked and have overwhelming emotions (like Sora did in KH2 when he started to cry when he was leaving Hayner, Pence, and Olette and he wasn't sure where the emotions were coming from). 

 

Idk...I would also like them to be two separate people so it would be fair for Roxas...cause damn, that poor guy needs his own heart from all the stuff we've experienced with him. ;~;

Well, if they were going to merge, I wouldn't think that they would be shown as two separate people both in DDD's opening, as well as inside of Sora's Heart. So, I do think they will both be returning, in addition to Xion. 

Ventus and Roxas are 2 different people. Roxas is more Sora than anything. Being that he is Sora's body. Ansem's data that he gave Riku at the end of DDD will pretty much tell how to bring everyone back as their own beings.

THIS exactly. Also, while there are a bunch of similarities, Ventus and Roxas DO have different personalities, as does Sora. Sora is mostly bright and positive, Roxas has more angst and dark emotions that Sora ("I hate you so much." "You should share some of that hatred with Sora. He's far too nice for his own good."), and Ven is a bit of a balance between the two. Ventus, Sora, and Roxas will all exist as separate beings.

For me it is not sad because Roxas is going to disapear, but he was actually Ventus all along.

 

Am i the only who would feel weird with two identical party members? I know they are different in personality, but if Roxas is Ventus without memory of his past, it is like Ventus lived two different lives, and he could awaken with the memories of both characters

 

It is like saying that Lea and Axel should be two different people, or Braig and Xigbar

Somewhat. However, it could be as simple as bringing Roxas back (as we all know he's a special Nobody since Sora regained his bodily form as well). Then you remove Ven's heart from him (which I guess would get rid of Roxas and make another Nobody, but with Roxas' memories? Hopefully). Then, just have him around Sora enough. He'll have his own heart along with his memories

I don't particularly want Ven and Roxas to both be back at the same time, primarily because I think extracting Roxas and having him running around as his own person sort of defeats the purpose of putting him back inside Sora in the first place. It was established that Sora needs Roxas to be completed, and if he loses that, then we're back to where we started pre KH2.

Two different scenarios though Master Xehanort and Terra's heart were in the process of fusing whereas Ventus and Sora coexistenced.

Separate. With how they have set up Roxas and Nobodies, it works better that he is his own person. I do hope that if Ven and Roxas are to be seen together, I hope there can be a bigger difference between the two besides clothes.

Didn't Nomura say in an interview that Roxas took upon Ven's appearance because he held Ventus's, meaning that when Sora released his heart, Ven's heart stayed in his body giving a projected image on Sora's body?

I imagine that if you took Ventus's heart out of Roxas, Roxas would look just like Sora. However, Roxas grew his own heart, so he would likely keep that look.

Roxas will definitely become his own person as he's developed a personality of his own. He was Sora's sassy side while treasuring his friends at the same time. Ventus is more like a little kid to me ("He said to take two grown-ups!"), at times I felt like both Roxas and Ventus we're completely different people because of the way they acted with others around them and in different situations. It's because that I like Roxas more than Ventus and because of their personalities, memories, etc. I that they will most likely become their own person.

But we did not know quite why that was originally. Because of 358/2, we know that Roxas contained Sora's memories of Kairi, his most important memories. That is what Sora needed to wake up. I'm pretty sure there'd be a way to have Roxas seperate from Sora without taking the memories.

I think having both on your side would be awesome. Even if they look alike, their personalities and fighting styles are different.

With Roxas' duel wielding, fighting more like Sora and vens crazy back hand style, with his love of aerial attacks and raids and stuff, the difference should be big enough for them to exist together.

Honestly, I'd like to see them both be their own person. They're both unique, as everyone has pointed out. Plus. It would be funny for them to meet eachother. "Why do you look like me?" "Why do you look like ME?"

Ventus is Roxas' nobody so I guess they will join together as one being...but who knows

Ven and Roxas have always been two distinct individuals! They shouldn't merge into one! It'd be way dumb!
