I for one despise movies that are all dark, gloomy, gritty and über-serious, with nothing but different shades of black. Kinda like Christopher Nolan's batman trilogy. 

 

I like movies that don't take themselves too seriously, like The Avengers, Pacific Rim, Scott Pilgrim and etc etc

I have a dislike for Zombie movies... I've never taken interest in any Zombie movie...Except maybe Sonic Zombies...

I despises dramas, but I love most other types of movies, especially action/adventure.

Agreed. I really dislike movies like Due Date and I love you, man.

I don't care for gorey movies.  I don't find them scary, they're just disgusting.

I despise Overly romantic films or crappy "Based on a true story" films like Patch Adams and a few James Cameron films like Titanic and Avatar but I love Terminator 2.

Anything to do with Vampires I seem to dislike. So I guess it is that. 

I have to say i dislike Zombie movies mainly because ive never seen one come even close to the glory that is Scooby Doo: Zombie Island >_>. This next one isnt really a type of movie but i hate movies that get spoiled before it even releases...Ex) HTTYD2. Loved the movie but wow did they screw up badly on marketing.

Horror films. I. FREAKING. HATE. HORROR. Just cause the majority of them make me shit myself (Not literally). I'm just a freaking pussy when it comes to horror films ^_^''

Mafia-like movies are the ones I despise the most, I find them terribly boring and emotionless. Dont be confused, I like police thrillers or action  movies, just I despise ones that are always talking about the criminal world and nothing more. On the other hand I love emotional dramas.

Maybe its because I like more the films with mysteries, fantasy and all that stuff.

Anything with that god awful guy in the OP's avatar...simply because I can't stand his acting. (NOT THE BEES! YOU BITCHES! KILLING ME WON'T BRING BACK YOUR GODAMN HONEY!)

 

And the over-hyped, EXTREMELY overrated Marvel films. (Avengers, Iron Man, Captain America etc.) 

 

So yeah basically I'm the exact opposite of the OP I guess....if he's indeed a Nicholas Cage fan. And I love the Nolan Batman films tbh....not that they were good Batman films...

I generally don't like horror movies-of all types. The exceptions being the classic horror movies, like Hammer horrors and almost any horror film before the 70s. I absolutely cannot STAND romance films! At all. TT.TT Even if they're comedies. I'll make exceptions if they're musicals though.  I dislike most movies with vampires or zombies; Waaaay too over used. I'm not a fan of raunchy comedy films either. Those things are nasty.  Don't get me started on chick flixs please. (and yes, I'm a woman.) And I think that's it for now.

I don't like drama or romantic movies. Truthfully they're too boring for me to pay attention to.

I hate cliche horror movies that just rip off other horror movies and aren't even scary, or just rely on cheap lame jump scares. I also hate those mega parody movies that just make fun of every recent hit or classic movie or even fad movie that end up being completely unfunny or worse than what they're making fun of (See: Vampires Suck and Twilight). I also hate AWESOME movies that never get made because dumb companies won't give them the thumbs-up *cough*FOXImTalkingAboutYouGreenlightMyDamnMovie*cough*

That's a stupid cliche and it spoils the entire movie for me.I also hate movies that features exploitation of sex as well as gore in really disgusting ways. There's a few movies I can name that I only heard of that I gag and disturbed by just thinking about after reading it up on wiki or something. XDI'm not a huge fan of certain romantic movies or any political movies. It depends. I also hate watching movies that make me cry. In all I usually just watch animated movies or sci-fi or fantasy movies. I can watch any genre really, but again it depends on the movie.Seriously though, I despize movies that exploit sex and gore. It's disturbing and disgusting. If anyone else likes it, well that's just their taste I guess.
