Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster on PS4 has came in at #13 for North America's May 2015 PlayStation Store charts. As per usual, Final Fantasy VII and IX are in the top 10 for the classics.

13.....XIII......THIRTEEN......DURFTEEN

Yes, and the director and producer of X/X-2 directed and produced XIII respectively.

Still, for coming out on both the PS3 and Vita one year earlier, I would say that sales were pretty impressive.

Nope, clearly just some bugs that occurred when ported to PS4.

how do you mess up a port of a port

My belief is that they had planned to get the PS4 port out before E3 since they had planned to announce X-3 there but they changed their minds and ended up having Nier New Project announced instead, likely as a result of deciding to announce VII Remake there after XV wasn't going to appear.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is the definitive release of one of the greatest video game series of all time. It is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita and PlayStation TV. The PlayStation 4 version however is the most recommended due to even further enhanced graphics & audio.

The games were developed by an all-star development team which included the legendary producer, Yoshinori Kitase and legendary director Motomu Toriyama. Art direction by Shintaro Takai & Yusuke Naora, music by legendary composers Nobuo Uematsu and Masashi Hamauzu along with Junya Nakano Noriko, Matsueda and Takahito Eguchi. And last but not least one of the greatest ever video game scenarios written by Kazushige Nojima, Daisuke Watanabe, Motomu Toriyama & Yoshinori Kitase.

The success of Final Fantasy X has continued to this very day. It was voted by Famitsu readers as the greatest video game of all time in 2006. It also won many awards in 2014 & 2015. The original Final Fantasy X sold 6.6 million copies worldwide as of January 2004 but according to reports continued to sell quite well. The HD Remaster has also sold very strongly with over 500,000 copies sold in Japan in less than a year and the title getting a PlayStation 4 bundle in China after achieving best seller status.

If you haven't already, do yourself a favour and buy Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster.

I've been on the fence about buying it. I played X on PS2 Emulator and got up to Yuna's summoner dance, but that was on my old laptop, which broke shortly after. Didn't really have any desire to redownload and replay with all the laggyness of the emulator, but I also heard bad things about X-2, so I don't know if I wanna buy it just for one game.

Trust me, X-2 is one of the most games in the entire series. Plus you can get it quite cheap now.

not enough buzz words

Okay aren't you just literally being a part of Square Enix's marketing  division with this? The way this is worded does not sound like a recommendation nor giving a review score while encouraging people to buy it...........this is pretty much a written commercial

Like.............even I don't go that far when I recommend my favorite games to someone....I won't tell them flat out to their face:BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT

Feel the same way

FFX was such a good game. I played it when it released in HD on PS3. I'll admit I didn't like X-2 all that much but I didn't give it that much time. However, FFX-X2 HD is only $20 New on PS3 now. If anything, it's worth getting the bundle just for FFX. Trust me. Some of my favorite memories are revolved around playing that game. Hot summer nights sitting in the dark, drinking Mountain Dew just so I could stay up long enough to get to the next boss. All the research on secrets and boss strategies, taking smoke breaks from getting so aggravated and then being like "No, I can do this!" IT'S AMAZING. Haha.
