Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster continues to sell well on the PlayStation Store in North America. It was the 13th best selling PS3 title of August 2014 and the 5th best selling Vita title of August 2014.

Wait until after Port Spring.

Considering I never bought the PS3/Vita version I don't think the PS4 version will change my mind. Still waiting for that XII HD remaster :(

Different team obviously. But hopefully they're working on it.

Skip cutscenes, by the love of God. There is a limit of times you can watch some scenes until boredom (It is a very big number, but after 8 or 9 playtroughs you start to get tired of some of them)

I would add more livley character models. It seems the PS3 and Vita versions had character models that were really stiff and although cleaner looking that their PS2 counterpart, they lacked real emotion in their eyes and looked like emotionless robots.

There's only so much you can improve character models without completely rebuilding them from scratch. As an extreme example, an HD port of a PS2 game will never have character models that are as lifelike as a PS4 game.

Skipable cutscenes pls.

a new cutscene showing off the scene with Sin and Tidus getting his head blown off. Also maybe word that FFX-3 is happening or something down those lines.

Final Fantasy XII HD Remaster

Skipping cutscenes.

(I was going to put something unreasonable like "fixing the terrifying lip syncs", but you ruled that out)

Like the cutscene before the fight with Yunalesca....holy shit

I`m not asking for that. I just want the sharpness of the new model with the emotion of the PS2 ones.

Australia and Japan will get it on May 14 while Europe gets it on May 15.

Oh that looks lovely.

What about the Normal Edition Boxart? Is it the same as the PS3 one?

PS: Dat Amano art tho...

Yep!

Wow, this looks pretty impressive!  And to be able to switch between the re-orchestrated soundtrack and the original soundtrack is quite the neat feature! :)

FINAL FANTASY X/X-2 HD Remaster will be priced at $49.99.

Ahahahaha.

No.

PS4 version will use same trophy list as PS3 and Vita versions. Meaning if you've platinumed it on PS3, you've platinumed it on PS4. So like FFXIV: ARR rather than Tomb Raider: DE.

A remaster of a remaster

What even

Ahahahaha.

No.

Eh, what's wrong with that? It's perfectly reasonable if you don't have it for the PS3 already. And if you did have it, then why would you buy it again? Unless you're a big fan or a collector, which means the price wouldn't matter anyway.
