I remember in an interview in 2011 They were discussing about the worlds for Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance. And back then Nomura said that he was expecting for us to finally see new worlds in the game. A possiblitly was Dumbo's world and Pinocchio's world. However Dumbo's world never appeared in the game and probably got scrapped for the fact that Pranksters Paradise was also set in a circus. I seriously don't know

There are some places that resemble to Dumbo's world in Traverse Town and Prankster's Paradise. Sadly, I was really expecting Dumbo and Bambi's worlds to appear in 3D especially since they were the only ones from KHI's summons that their worlds never appeared yet. 

Probably due to the circus thing.

 

I can't say it would have been too boring though honestly, as the dream eaters could have easily been the dancing elephants

The circus thing makes sense.  Also no offense to the creator of the movie, but I found Dumbo a drag to watch

If Dumbo's world was there, it would probably brought up so many feels.   

Jumbo being locked up in the cage. That was sad and it was a shame, I didn't feel sadness at that part when I was little...

Dumbo was one of my favorite Disney movies. and now i have just found out people don't like it makes me sad
