For sure.

I'd say: Yes it is easier, but not by that much.

 

It'll probably take 1 less hour of suffering than 1.5. And considering the difficulty behind Platinuming that game, it's not that much.

to get all the trophies in kingdom hearts final mix you need at least 3 playthroughs. there is also the trophy in kingdom hearts final mix for never using a continue, you don't have that trophy in 2.5.

I don't know about easier until I've actually tackled these data bosses I've heard so much about. And those Mushroom XIII heartless I've heard nothing about.

 

It'll take longer though, that's for sure.

I say it might be harder since you have to beat the mysterious figure as all three of them in Birth by Sleep to get three of the trophies.  And for Lingering Will it might be tough considering his pattern is different every time you go to face him from what I understand.  So I'm saying it's harder to platinum then 1.5

Yes, and for one reason: 1.5's "Card Master Sora" trophy.

The grind for that thing is crazy. Honestly, that one trophy is harder to get than all others in this collection combined.

I say it's easier because I'm a lot better at KH2and BBS than I was at KH1 and Re:COM.

The difficulty trophies look reasonable, and there is no level master for BBS. I'm probably going to max out everyone anyway, but I'm glad everyone else doesn't have to.

Yeah. Still working on KHFM, but 2.5 looks a lot easier to Platinum.

Oh yeah. No difficulty trophies for bbsfm (except for critical) made things much easier (or less time consuming)

In reality, yeah. Didn't you have to play through Re:CoM multiple times to Platinum it in KHHD1? Don't think you have to do that with any of the games in KHHD2, so that automatically makes it easier.

Definitely much less time consuming but not sure if it is easier. Maybe a bit easier or about the same difficulty as 1.5.

I've never played through any of the final mix exclusive content, so who knows. Darn those gummi missions!but it should be doable.

I mean, "easier" being "less time-intensive and grind-heavy", then sure. But in terms of actually performing some of the feats... I dunno. Lingering Will is going to be a mother of a boss (on Critical, since I'm mildly masochistic like that), as are the Data Replica fights.

 

Not that I'm not looking forward to getting any of these, though. It's been a while since I've played KH2, so this'll be good fun.
