It would seem there is a new mystery dungeon game titled  Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon announced to be released for 3DS in Autumn 2015 in Japan, the Winter of 2015 in North America and Early 2016 in Europe .  PMD hype ,I cant wait to play this and hope its better than Gates of Infinity

I wish i still had Gates of Infinty my sister lost it along with FE Awakening 

Oh yeah, loved the mystery dungeon games! My team was always Mudkip and Torchic without even trying to choose the specific answers. Like it was destined to be. Also, I think that was coincidentally the same team as the one in the manga. I do hope this new one allows me to get my good ol' team back.

I hope this time they include ALL Pokemon and please, be better than Gates to Infinity. At least, try to be better than that one, I don't know if anything can be better than Explorers of Sky, but at least I want another PMD with a great story and cast, and a lot of things to do, with extras after the game.

It better be better than the firetrucking last one, sincere disappointment.

I think what killed Gates to Infinity for me really the horribly slow text speed. It bothered me so much I couldn't finish the game. Yeah, the number of available Pokemon was disappointing, but I could've lived with it. I wasn't to crazy about the town building thing either, but also could've been okay with it. That text speed though, I can't believe anything like that could ever make me want to quit a game, but it did. I've heard Gates did have a decent story, though.

 

I'd also love more variety in the starter Pokemon again. Personally, I always liked the little quiz things, but either way give us the variety that we had with Explorers please.

 

I already don't like the title though, calling things "Super" whatever normally just ends up sounding lame.

Can we go back to personality quizzes for our pokemon and get a better game than GoI altogether?

The ending might still be full of feels.

Just like PMD: BRT, I cried.  I was a Skitty and my partner was a Torchic. 

Gates to Infinity despite I didn't play the full game, and saw the whole gameplay, I cried. 

I haven't played Gates to Infinity, but it really doesn't look that bad. Limiting, yes, but still fun.

 

Anyway... HECK YES. Mystery Dungeon is my favorite spin-off series ever, so I can't even describe how excited I am for this! I will say I want it to be more similar to the Explorers games, though. Those were great.

Personally, I enjoyed Gates, (I even cried near the beginning when Gurdurr was telling his story, which was a first and a surprise), but the real problem was the text speed and how close the camera was in dungeons. No personality test or non-NPC gendered Pokemon was also a negative.

And, of course, as usual, I cried during the ending.

I really liked the Mystery Dungeon games. They were proof that the people working at the pokemon games, truly can make a story better than: 'an evil team wants to change/rule the world.' and also make it emotional and amazing.

 

The gameplay isn't too appealing to me but if it's a good game I might buy it.

 

But when I see the word 'Super' at a title for the pokemon games, you can tell that they are running out of ideas for naming their titles.

Wonder what Gen 7 will be like...

It won't be. The other F2P Pokemon games were announced a couple weeks before release, while this isn't coming until the end of 2015. They would have said it's F2P by now if it was, too.
