During the Disney Interactive event at D23 Expo 2015, it was announced that every Keyblade in Kingdom Hearts III will have its own transformation. The hosts made sure to emphasize that every single Keyblade is included in this. It was also re-confirmed at the event that attraction flow is able to be activated at any time. This was just mentioned in passing, so there's not much else to report here!

Well after watching the Olympus keyblade transform into a chariot anything is possible

 

Maybe the Big Hero 6 keyblade will transform into a mecha suit

We knew this already. Nomura has been saying as much for months, since last year at least.

I would like see the keyblade turn into a dragon similar to the dragon in KH2. It would be amazing.

I can't wait to see what kind of transformations the Kingdom Key will have! That is always my top Keyblade of choice, so I intend to spam the hell out of that!

I'd like to see a Keyblade transform into a bow and arrow (not a crossbow) and Sora could vanquish the Heartless with archery. I think that'd be pretty neat.  :smile:

Even the Kingdom Key??? I wonder what the transformation will be...maybe it'll just be a glider/travel machine (like TAV)

Can we all take a second and imagine what Ultima Weapon's transformation is going to be like?

Finally, somebody else who actually associates Frozen with its main character. At the end of the day, the movie was about Anna's journey and not Elsa's!
