After everything Sora has done in Mount Olympus he still hasn't been deemed a true hero. I've been waiting for that moment when Phil names Sora a true hero. He's beaten Hercules, Hades, the Hydra, Cerberus, won all the tournaments, and beaten the Ice/Rock Titans. Sora is gonna be fighting the Rock Titan again in KHIII. Fingers crossed on Sora becoming a true hero!

I really think that he will. I think his outfit has something to do with him being dubbed a "true hero," actually. I call them the Hero Clothes. It only makes sense because during Mount Olympus in the E3 trailer he had his Kh2 outfit on, still. I think he gets them during or after Olympus.

Definitely. I would be thought he became one at the end of Kingdom Hearts II, to be honest. Either way, he'll earn the Mark of Mastery and will be a true hero, whether Phil agrees or not. Hopefully he doesn't run away this time and Cry, "Leave me alone!".

I think Sora is already a true hero . He already outcompetes Hercules ,saving multitude of worlds as well as having the compassion and kindness to help his friends. I guess he needs more maturity and stop being so easily fooled and dissuaded.

Isn't Sora already a hero? Lol, I don't think Phil should be taken so seriously. It's probably just a running joke with the franchise. I think he's done enough to be considered a "hero".

Becoming a Keyblade Master =/= becoming a true hero. 

Look at the Hercules movie, the stars beeing shaped like you means the gods consider you a true hero. Sora is already a true hero in mount olympus.

Well although Phil may have not said it, when he saw them three in the stars he and everyone else at Mt. Olympus knew they where true heroes. That why Phil said it isn't up to him to title someone a "True Hero". It was Zeus to do that job, which he did in KH2.

Herc: "Our true heroes returns"

Phil will deny it until Herc pretty much forces him to call Sora a hero.

He became a true hero after KH2, like other members have states above. The star thing was the confirmation.

I'd like to see him in a scenario similar to Max Dillon in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 where he grabs Alistair Smythe by the collar and threatens him among the lines of "You're no Spider-Man. He's a Leo, you're a Sagittarius!" only to find out it was in his mind.
