Ever since KH3 will be released people have been asking When is Kingdom Hearts 4 coming out? I can predict that there'll be more in between games before the next main game arrives.

 

Between KH 1&2 there was only one such game but between 2&3 there were 5. So this means that for every main game there are 5 times more non-main games to be released than before. Therefore we should expect that 25 new Kingdom Hearts games will be released before KH4.

 

Now if one of these games is released each year and we add an additional 5 years just to be safe the likely year for the release would be between 2041 and 2046(we'll round to 2043). And because there'll be a waiting time of at least 6 months before it's released out of Japan and since we all know Square loves for games to be released right after a major school break and likes to release main KH games on Tuesdays(it's true look it up) we can predict that Kingdom Hearts 4 WILL BE RELEASED ON AUGUST 23,2044!

I see what you did there.Honestly I don't think there will be a game between KH3 and KH4. The only reason we've had so many games since KH3 was because they all tied into the story of KH3, but KH4 will be the start of an entirely new saga so there's no need for tie-in games.

well my uncle is good friends with nomura and he told me KH4 is already underway and it is to be released in 2020

And just cause that's how this turned out doesn't necessarily mean that it will follow a predictable pattern such as that again. If anything it has just as equal chance as having 3 spin-off titles or jumping straight to KH4. But really, I feel as though thinking about such a thing that isn't even lucid yet is getting a bit ahead of ourselves. Nomura is still trying to make KH3 real, at this point KH4 is still a seed of an idea until the game nears completion. I'd say all the hype should go towards KH3, THEN we can agonize in anticipation as the cycle begins anew. X3"

It would make sense that Kh4 comes after Kh3, and if they want to keep their 'every year, one game' goal they have to release it the year after KH3.

But you never know, maybe they will make another spin-off, like a side story or something. Which I kinda hope that they make a Riku Story game.

Kingdom Hearts 4 would probably not appeal to me because they'd have used most of the Disney Animation IP's by Kingdom Hearts 3.

What's funny is that people are talking about Kingdom Hearts IV when the Xehanort Saga hasn't even ended yet!  People, some things come first!  And besides, after the Xehanort Saga ends, a new saga shall begin!  And since the new saga would be a new starting point, there would be no games before IV, because IV would be the first game in the new saga!  It's the game that'll introduce all the elements that'll be featured in said new saga, so it makes sense!

 

But yeah, for now, my mind is on Kingdom Hearts III.  We can worry about IV later. X3

I figured it out. KH3 has 3 letters in it. KH 2.8 is coming out in 2016.

2.8+3=5.8

2016+5.8= 2022 (rounded)

But wait. There will be HD remasters and such, so another 3 years.

And side games = +3 years.

According to my findings, Kingdom Hearts: Rebirth by Nap will come out in 2028.
