While we're waiting for 2.8, I thought it would be nice for us to rate keyblades. And we're starting with it all, the Kingdom Key.

In my personal opinion, the keyblade was only useful until getting the third keyblade. I'll give a 7/10.

I think, that I too, should give 7/10. Speaking from a gameplay standpoint, it is the original keyblade. It's design is neat, but not unique.

10/10. The iconic keyblade of Kingdom Hearts. This is the weapon that comes to mind when I hear of Kingdom Hearts.

The one that started it all but the one that most people forgot after unlocking the second keyblade....in every game.

Design: sleek and elegant, some might say iconic, though a little boring. 8/10.

Stats: Usually the lowest average, at least KH2's had Damage Control. 3/10

Flavour: It falls into your hands from a light in the sky. 8/10.

Average: 6.3. Passing grade.

What do you mean by 'third' keyblade? Whats the second Keyblade?

I thought the Kingdom Key was the only Keyblade iconic to represent Sora

Actually, I never switch keyblades until I get Oathkeeper, and then Oblivion. But I'm a sucker for nostalgia.

KHI: Replaceable the moment you get the second Keyblade. 5/10

KHII: Can keep up with the next 6 keyblades you get on game. 8/10

10/10

Pretty much iconic to the series, reliable, always there for you.

10/10 the first & the best. Every time i replay on critical mode i keep my kingdom key without changing. But i do hope in kh 3 his keyblade evolves like terra and aqua's. That way instead of the keychain representing mickey it would represent sora as a master

Because Jungle King was useless due to not having critical attacks.

(You should make these polls)

8/10. Design-wise it's simple but it's emblematic and it conveys what it represents,

10/10.

This is the Keyblade I've always used in every single KH game, with exceptions of course. It's just right, because this is Sora's Keyblade, the default one, one that represents everything that Sora is: plain, simple. All the other Keyblades are just the Kingdom Key with a different keychain lmao

8/10

When I was younger and wanted the cutscenes to always have the Kingdom Key in them I just had to use it through the entire playthrough.

Its design is simple yet amazing and that's what makes it iconic.

The Keyblade you start with, in almost every game.

7/10

All started here and it's a decent keyblade.

10/10. The only Keyblade I use. It is iconic to the series.
