what I mean by the tales of games are games like this one: 

 

I have played 2 "tales of" games. One of which is Tales of Graces^. I have played and finished the game last year. It is my favorite "tales of" game by the way. Right now I'm currently playing Tales of the Abyss and I haven't finished the game yet obviously .

Tales of Symphonia honestly. That name has a type of click to it that makes it sound awesome.

I think Emil Castagnier from tales of symphonia 2 sticks out the most. It has a very nice ring to it in my opinion.

Exactly i dunno what was so offensive about Shing 

Luke fon Fabre. Mostly because of that 'fon' part. Kinda reminds me of a certain other video game character in a popular JRPG series. Cough cough, Basch fon Ransenburg, cough.

I have been looking into this game's lore for some time now and I still can't really figure out why Ache is called Ache. I bet there is some symbolism behind it. 

He changed his name to "Asche" to distinquish himself from his replica.

Yep, you are. One of the God Generals literally calls him the "charred remains of the sacred flame" or something very similar. I don't remember the exact wording, but I do remember that scene specifically.

I know. I just wanted a deeper explanation on why Luke's and ache's names are the way they are. I still don't fully grasp it though, I think I kinda understand it.
