Perhaps during this weekend we might actually get to see the trailers. It's a popular possibility thrown around by a lot of optimistic level-headed fans who are still anticipating getting something substantial out of this event. Since most things are going to be covered and shared around like crazy during those days anyway, maybe that's when Dinsey/Square/whoever is in charge of posting the trailers will show them to us. With how things are going now I'd say that's probably the best chance we got, or else we risk either waiting for the powers that be to just randomly drop it on us without giving any indication as to when they will reveal it (days, weeks, months, who knows?), or worse yet we may never get them at all and we'll have to wait for yet another event that may even get entirely different info covered. So hopefully this weekend we'll actually get to see those trailers in some form and that can hold all of us over a good while until the next Tokyo based event (it's Joyopolis, right?). Thoughts?

Well, considering that even the Japanese are bothered by the lack of the Trailers....

 

I don't think they won't be showing us them at all, because really, they have to. Honestly.

 

If they don't, it's basically Marketing Suicide to withhold info and exploit the Hype of fans.

They spent the whole year saying ''Please, be hyped for D23''. The complete lack of info these days have hurted a lot of fans, and if Disney doesn't really allow them to show the trailers worlwide, heads will roll. It would be marketing suicide to them

I'm pretty sure it was directly mentioned that some things were exclusive to the event (not the trailers). That, combined with us getting images from the trailers kind of implies we'll get them at some point. Don't worry, we'll get em.

I honestly think that Monday will be the day.  It will have been a full week since the event which makes a lot of sense, so I think it is best just to take the weekend and relax.

To be straight up honest, I just wish the majority of those fans could at least be happy with the attendees. But I can't tell them what to do; it's their life.... The attendees took pictures and posted them online, after the whole EMBARGO thing. Thanks to them, we wouldn't have a clue what was shown there. I believe their pictures and their quotes, expresses more than a video. It's like Christmas; you want to get something cool, but you got something you don't really want. Disappointment is there, but soon acceptance will shower it away. 

 

Don't get me wrong, I wish to see trailer with excitement (no "hype"), but if the trailer was meant to be shown at the event, that's fine by me. I'll accept it and move on till they are ready to show us something. 

 

I digress though. Who knows, they might show it after all of this. 

Hopefully yes, we may get it this weekend. If yes, then don't expect anything for a while.

Well all I wanted was especially to see Toy Story and I did.

If, it is shownNo, I don't think the sales of either game are gonna be affected by this event, but it has killed any hype for future "wait for this date" events. (If they truly dont show anything, which I really hope isn't the case)

I think people have learned enough to not expect much, kind of like how we have gotten for FF15

I'm desperately hoping that we get the trailers by tomorrow, or at least a few days later, because if I don't get to see the trailers, I'm gonna lose it!  I still keep the positive mindset that we will get the trailers, and I know it will be so!  We need to have faith!  Like many members here have stated...
